Cons:

Er waren weinig glutenvrije opties en het keukenpersoneel naam het niet serieus dat het om coeliakie ging als we om glutenvrij eten vroegen. Coeliakie is een ernstige ziekte en als je gluten eet ben je een week of langer ziek dus je moet in zo'n duur hotel wel serieus worden genomen anders moet je het personeel bijscholen.

Very disappointing stay. The mattresses were old and there was so much dust in the room that it could trigger allergies. Even the coffee maker and hot water kettle were covered in dust. I do not recommend staying at hotel

Otelin temizliği, personel davranışları ve özellikle konumu mükemmel. Şayet araçlar seyahat ediyorsanız otel indirimli otopark da hemen önünde. Odaların şehir manzarası harika.

Merkeze yakın olmasına rağmen tren yolu nedeniyle biraz yürüyorsunuz.

Konumu güzel. Temizlik güzel. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü yardım sever.

Cons:

Çocuk için verilen yatak değil kanepeyi yatağa çevirmişler ve sürekli yatak kayıyordu. Gece yatağı yerden kaldırmak zorunda kaldık. Oda çok tozluydu. Çarşaflar sürekli kayıyordu.

Pros:

Excellent hotel! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic. The room was spacious with a wonderful view. The food is good, though I wish halal options were more clearly labeled. The Executive Lounge is outstanding and provides a very comfortable atmosphere for dining. Highly recommended!

فندق ممتاز جداً؛ الطاقم ودود للغاية ومتعاون، والموقع رائع ومميز. الغرفة كانت واسعة وتتمتع بإطلالة جميلة. الطعام جيد بشكل عام، ولكن كنت أتمنى لو تم إيضاح الوجبات "الحلال" بشكل أكثر دقة على البوفيه أو قائمة الطعام. كما أن الردهة التنفيذية الخاصة (Executive Lounge) كانت رائعة ومريحة جداً لتناول الطعام والاسترخاء. أنصح بالإقامة فيه.

Schön, aber etwas zu teuer
Pros:

Hatten Zimmer "Sleeper" mit Aussicht gebucht - die Aussicht war toll . Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und gut organisiert. Lage zum Zebtrum sehr gut (zu Fuss 10 Minuten. Tram und Bus vorhanden). Parkhaus mit Höhe 2.60 m gut für Dachgepäckträger, grosse Plätze mit Direktzugeng zum Hotel

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind im Verhältnis zum Preis eher klein und spartanisch eingerichtet.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, and a clean, comfortable hotel—I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right next to Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy to get around, and it was only a pleasant walk into the main city centre and attractions.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike. Our stay was enjoyable, and we had a great experience overall.

Mükemmel konum ve manzara

Konumu ve akşam manzarası mükemmel. Amsterdam Central tren istasyonuna yakın olması müthiş. İsterseniz otelden 6-7 dakika yürüyerek ya da otelin önündeki tramvay durağından 26 numaralı tramvayla Central durağına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Central istasyonu aynı zamanda havaalanı ya da yakında trenle görülecek yerler için önemli olduğu gibi Amsterdam gezintisinde kullanılabilecek diğer tramvay hatlarının Central istasyonunun önemden geçmesi çok önemli oluyor. Ayrıca bu istasyonda günlük ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacağınız market ya da kahvaltı mekanları da bulunuyor.

Cons:

Temizliğini çok beğenmedim. Kat görevlileri toz almadan sadece havlu ve nevresimleri değiştirmiş, ıslak zeminleri de temizlemişler. Ancak kaz tüyü yastık yorganların da etkisiyle toz çok fazlaydı. Ama temizlenmesini rica ettiğimizde ertesi gün oda süpürülüp tozlar silinmişti.
