Wunderbares Hotel zu einem guten Preis / Leistungsverhälnis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Betten bequem. Wir haben im Hotel auch zu Abend gegessen und es hat hervorragend geschmeckt.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.
Und vor allem die Mitarbeitenden waren super lieb und hilfsbereit.
Toll ist auch das große Parkhaus. Man hatte ein gutes Gefühl sein Auto dort stehen zu lassen.

Nichts, es war alles perfekt.

Excellent stay, wonderful views and outstanding hospitality
Pros:

I stayed for two nights while attending a business conference at the hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade at check-in, which gave me a spacious, very comfortable room on one of the highest floors, with spectacular views over Amsterdam and the waterfront. The room was exceptionally quiet and clean, the mattress was excellent, and I slept extremely well.

The staff deserve particular recognition. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful, always responding quickly and efficiently to any request or question.

I also attended a conference at the hotel and was impressed by the quality of the event facilities, the organisation of the meeting spaces and the catering arrangements.

The location worked very well for me. It is close to Amsterdam Centraal and within pleasant walking distance of the historic centre, while remaining away from the busiest tourist areas. I particularly enjoyed walking into town in the evenings along the waterfront.

Overall, an excellent hotel for business travellers, but also somewhere I would happily return with my family. Very comfortable, well organised and with genuinely welcoming service.

Cons:

Nothing significant to complain about. The hotel is not directly in the historic centre, so anyone wanting to step straight into the busiest tourist streets should keep that in mind. Personally, I actually preferred the quieter waterfront location.

My only regret was not having enough time to try the wellness facilities, despite bringing my swimming shorts. Hopefully next time!
