Pricey but would book again for access to Viking
Pros:

No coffee cups. Had to ask. Phone connection pretty bad.
No TV remote visible.
Bellman service was excellent. I over tipped!
Bed was VERY comfortable.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man ab dem Hotel überall hin.
Parkplätze kann man in dem Parkhaus nebenan schon von zu Hause aus buchen prima Sache.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt zu wünschen übrig, wir hatten noch Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad.

Genel olarak merkezdeki oteller daha eski dar ve gürültülü oluyor. Merkeze 1 durak ızaklıkda bu kalite de otel bulmak zor. Gayet iyi bir tercihdi bizim için

A competitively priced hotel with great facilities in a good location.
Pros:

When we were looking for a hotel this one was competitively priced but a better location and facilities than most. So we were pleasantly surprised just how nice it was! The location was easy to find from Centraal Station. It’s a lovely location with stunning views. The facilities were great, with snacks available to buy 24 hours per day in the foyer, nice sofas, shop, toilets in the waiting area etc. The breakfast was magnificent, with lots of healthy options (an impressive array of granolas and fruits) and good coffee. The room itself had enough space for suitcases even for 3 in a twin room. The bathroom was a good size, with a huge shower and we liked the magnifying mirror. It’s great to have shower gel / shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand cream easily available in dispensers.

Cons:

We reserved breakfast for our second day when we checked in, but were not asked to pay for it then. We then received a letter in our room saying there was an outstanding invoice. When we arrived at breakfast we were told our breakfast was included (perhaps they thought we were with the Americans from Viking). When we checked out we then double checked our invoice and were then asked to pay. It would have been better to pay when we reserved it!
Also the bath towels were clean but not very soft - rather like sandpaper in fact!
The sofa bed was quite hard, but we did all sleep very well.
Getting to the hotel you can either go over the bridge or up / down the steps and along the waterfront. We usually took this route, though it was less pleasant especially at night as it goes past an area where homeless people sleep.
