Отель ничего особенного и передвигаться от него не удобно

Сам отель мне понравился, единственное я думала он ближе к аэропорту и можно дойти пешком. Благо ходит о автобус от и до

Cons:

Мы спросили могут нас заселить раньше, но за каждый час до 15, когда официальное заселение отель требует по 15€. С нас попросили 45€, это первый раз в моей жизни за 3 часа такая обдираловка, когда есть свободные номера. Завтрак 17€ с человека мы не брали так же. До остановки поезда 20 мин пешком

Pros:

Super Unterkunft nah am Flughafen. Zudem bis kurz vor der Anreise kostenfrei stornierbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Gutes Hotel - schlechte Parkplatzsituation
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Airport ist unschlagbar, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel und die Betten sehr gut. Das haben wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht anders erwartet.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation war nicht zufriedenstellend. Reist man erst am Abend an, ist es schwierig einen Pp zu bekommen - das für 18 €/Tag ist völlig überzogen! Teilweise war das Personal sehr unmotiviert - Freundlichkeit stand wohl nicht auf der Tagesordnung!
Unser Aufenthalt war ohne Frühstück.

Cleanliness, green outdoor patio

Cons:

1. Confusion re: name of property - booked as Sunday, signage all still had previous name resulted in extra time trying to find the property when we were already exhausted from a long day of travel. One 2 inch lettered sign printed on paper that you could only see once you were already inside the property does not cut it.
2. Misleading info re: “free airport shuttle” when in reality it is only free from the airport NOT to the airport. Don’t advertise as an airport hotel and then pull this kind of trickery.
3. Nickel and Diming - charging to use the pool - really, etc. Etc.
4. Untrained staff at the front desk….
5. If I have to pay for breakfast then there should at least be the option to make a coffee in my room.

Spitzenklasse, wenn ich in dieser Gegend bin, dann wird in dem Hotel übernachtet.
Pros:

Frühstück war einfach suuuuper, ich durfte Personal kennenlernen, die Spaß hatten.. spitzenmässiger Service

Cons:

die Ausschilderung zum Hotel könnte etwas besser sein. Man steht auf einmal vor einer Schranke.. aber dann ist alles klasse

Do not stay if you want amenities expected from airport hotel.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

They changed the name of the hotel to Vienna..we were not notified and we waited over an hour for the shuttle bus which came but did not hsve the name Sunday hotel. We had to pay 22 euro for a taxi to the hotel. Once there we discovered no check in before 3 pm. There was three people behind the check in desk. I assume 2 were trainees as the main girl was fling everything and while pleasant to us was very rude to yhe trainees. At 300 another "boss" lady took over. When I asked one of the two trainees to check in
She said to the trainees you dont know how to do it..and told me to wait. Felt sorry for the staff again. There is no restaurant to speak if. The restaurant opens at six and only serves pizza. While I understand they are going through changes..they are now under whydham brand name..I would expect a more organized professional experience from whyndham. There us a charge for coffee in the morning.

Cons:

Kollegen sind enorm überfordert. Eine Wartezeit beim Check in von einer Stunde und das obwohl nur einer vor mir war. Dann Zimmer ohne tv bekommen der funktioniert. Zimmertausch nochmal halbe Stunde. Die kleinen Kissen zum schlafen sind auch ein Witz. Das ist nicht mal Standard.

very slow check in. only 1 receptionist 30 minutes to check in, Restaurant service slow again only 1 waiter, food choice only various pizza (which actually tasted quite good)

Sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für einen Flug am Folgetag
Pros:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top
Der Transfer zum Flughafen lief reibungslos, kostete aber 8,00 Euro.

Cons:

Das Hotel war schwer zu finden, da es noch als Vienna-House beschriftet war, auch auf den Schlüsselkarten stand Vienna House
Das Frühstück Kostet 17 € und war einfach
