price and value quite good. Be prepared to wait at check in
Pros:

breakfast was good. spacious comfortable room

Cons:

very slow check in. only 1 receptionist 30 minutes to check in, Restaurant service slow again only 1 waiter, food choice only various pizza (which actually tasted quite good)

Pros:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top
Der Transfer zum Flughafen lief reibungslos, kostete aber 8,00 Euro.

Cons:

Das Hotel war schwer zu finden, da es noch als Vienna-House beschriftet war, auch auf den Schlüsselkarten stand Vienna House
Das Frühstück Kostet 17 € und war einfach

We won’t return!
Pros:

The breakfast team very polite and friendly

Cons:

The lady at reception so rude, no eye contact, no information about breakfast times given, dog was sick on our floor was there for 2 days sinking into the carpet, NO English tv channels, not even BBC news..No telephone in room to contact reception, asked room to cleaned and fresh fowls to be given on 2nd day but didn’t happen.

Great stay - hotel was a nice and wish I could have caught the first bus to get there earlier.
Pros:

The free shuttle bus to the hotel. Although the signage on the bus was difficult to determine the bus was for Sunday Hotel. The sign on the front of the bus stated Viena and the Sunday Hotel sign was a small sign on the window on the side of the bus. Recommend to advertise the Sunday hotel better to describe the bus.

Cons:

The airport shuttle bus was hard to determine it was for the Sunday Hotel. I missed one bus because the bus signage was hard to deterime it was for the Sunday hotel. When I contacted the hotel and got the description bus before I could locate the shuttle.

Тихо, недалеко от аэропорта, есть трансфер,но из аэропорта в отель бесплатно, из отеля в аэропорт - 8 евро, но это дешевле чем такси.

They’ve renamed themselves as “Sunday Hotel” but still have kept the old name “Vienna house” everywhere which makes it really confusing when looking for the hotel. Would be nice to be informed in advance.

Very poor customer service
Cons:

Horrible experience. Hotel had a different name than the one provided in the reservation (and everything online). I arrived with my 4yo son for a one night stay and the taxi left us there because he got tired of looking for ¨right¨ hotel.
Hotel staff was rude and seemed unbothered with the whole situation.
Expensive and you had to pay extra for everything (pool, breakfast, drinking water)...
