Very good service
The location of this hotel is great. Easy to walk around. I must make a very special mention to Rosemary who provided brilliant customer service and excellent directions and recommendations where to. She went above and beyond. We will definitely be back in Conrad since the staff here are so nice, especially Rosemary. I can't speak highly enough of her.
Amazing hotel, beautiful & friendly staff - Rosemary was absolutely phenomenal. She helped us around shopping centre, showed us where hair salon was & recommended best places to visit & eat at whilst we’re here. She went above & beyond to enjoy our stay in Shanghai was enjoyable & fabulous 🤩👏🙌
The room, the staff, the service, the breakfast everything is 5 stars about this hotel. The language barrier is not bad because of the helpfulness of the staff! Everyone is extremely helpful but especially Rosemary! She and others went truly above and beyond! Highly recommend staying at the Conrad Shanghai!
We had a great stay at the Conrad Shanghai this past March. The location is perfect, right at the end of Nanjing Road and a very close walk to the Bund.
The staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Rosemary in the lobby, and to the lovely reception team who gave our kids gifts—they were thrilled! We also truly appreciated the beautiful room upgrade we received.
Our only critique is the morning breakfast. It was very busy, and Diamond guest recognition was nonexistent. Despite seeing Diamond table shields at the host stand, they were never used.
Overall, a great property with excellent staff.
What an AMAZING experience! The hotel location, the room and the most importantly the people. Especially Rosemary, she’s so welcoming, she’s very social and always engaging the guests. It’s really such an asset to have such an awesome hotel crew like Rosemary (THANK YOU) :) we’d definitely come back, and this time get the Bund view and maybe during winter :) thank you so much!
The staff were very nice and helpful especially Camille and Quain G and Lily who gave us little gifts as souvenirs when we checked out

Not much opportunity
The hotel was nice and clean, and close to nanijing road. Also Rosemary staff was so friendly and energetic going along way to learn your language to welcome you in the hotel.

the advertised photos are too off scale, making the room look 3x bigger than what it is. staff messed up my name order and check in was stressful . also the power point on the walls, some did not even suit the hairdryer i had to walk across the hotel to use a working one
