The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around Paris. There is also a shopping mall nearby, which was a big advantage. The room was comfortable and had excellent air conditioning, which was perfect during the hot summer weather. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.
The biggest problem was that the elevators were not working. We were told they had only recently broken, but it was obvious they had not been working for a long time. We felt this was not communicated honestly to guests. We had to carry our heavy suitcases from the ground floor to the sixth floor, and we were traveling with children which made the experience extremely stressful and exhausting. ( me with my boyfriend and my sister with two toddlers, different rooms offcourse!) Guests should be informed before booking if the elevators are out of service so they can decide whether the hotel is suitable for them.

Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux ! La piscine était un vrai plus, on l’a eue pour nous tous seuls à certains moments. Le lit était confortable.
Un petit coup de frais pour la piscine pourrait être vraiment appréciable ! C’est un atout majeur de l’hôtel qui mériterait vraiment d’être plus mis en valeur.
J'ai aimé le breakfast. Le lit était confortable.la chambre 02 donne sur un patio. La piscine était sympa par ces fortes chaleurs.
L accueil très chaleureux du personnel et très professionnel
La piscine est trés agréable! Les couloirs etaient joliment décoré également.
La chambre etait propre et décorée avec soin + clim!

Ascenseur en panne sur 3 j alors que au 7eme étage et aucun vrai effort de reconnaître la gêne et état des personnes obligées de monter 7 étages dans escalier surchauffé
