The scenery, location, the friendly and helpful staff and the room was lovely and perfect for the couple days , the room was snug but perfect as a base and with the view of the sea makes it worthwhile
Nothing really , bed a bit too hard but generally nothing to complain about
We managed to park in the limited car parking area in front of the hotel. We were checked in efficiently by a helpful and pleasant receptionist (nice reception area). The lift wasn’t working, so we were allocated a room on the 1st floor rather than the 4th (which I could not have managed)!!! Help was on hand to take luggage to the rooms. The compact room had a spectacular view over the harbour and bay. We were grateful for the bottled water, tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. There was a TV and hairdryer and comfortable twin beds.
Pity the windows didn’t open, as we arrived in the midst of a heat wave and the room was extremely hot. It was a bit of a challenge to climb into the bath to have a shower but it did the job (I do prefer a walk-in shower though).
Central location right by the harbor, great view of the water and the Isle of Kerrera in the distance.
The outside of the building looked a fatigued, but the inside was very nice.
The property itself lacked parking & disabled facilities but fabulous views & staff (Glory & Dante) made everything so easy and hassle free
Dated, steps
Reception staff were friendly and professional, my room was clean and well maintained. I didn't eat or drink here so can't comment on those. Hotel is smarter on the inside than the external decoration would suggest. Location is very good.
Shower was a little small/cramped, but that's just nicking really.

The property is a little tired on the exterior which is a shame. The hotel is lovely inside snd has real character. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
Belle camere e bagni con doccia o vasca. Buona la posizione e il wifi. Buona la prima colazione. La prima mattina ci hanno fornito la colazione da asporto visto che avevamo il traghetto presto. Molto gentili. Parcheggio vicino all'albergo a pagamento dalle 9 alle 6 del pomeriggio.

The lack of tea and coffee in the room.
On arrival & throughout my stay the receptionist was extremely friendly & welcoming. Also other staff members where friendly. Room was clean...comfy bed & plenty hot water. Plentt choices at breakfast.

Shower very small, no hand shower, drench only.
Light switches next to bed didn’t operate satisfactorily.
Had to ask for more bottled water & toilet paper- not automatically replaced/refilled for 2nd day of stay.
Slippers (as mentioned in blurb) not provided, even after further request.
View out of window was over a ‘tacky’ area.
Breakfast sausages were horrible & of a cheap variety.
Kept windows closed to keep out cooking smells.
The checkin, checkout lady we dealt with was so friendly, helpful and kind. Could not fault her attention to detail and customer service.
The staff in the breakfast room were also helpful.
It was fabulous having the ability to park on the premises otherwise parking may have been a problem to find.
The location was perfect.
It was only a small thing but the hairdryer being in a fixed position made it difficult to use.
