Very comfortable, excellent location, main hotel areas could do with a refresh.
Pros:

The bed was huge! Gorgeous sea view from the room, which was very clean.

Cons:

The front of the building needs a refresh. My heart sank when I saw it! Thankfully, the quality of the room was much better than the outside suggested, but first impressions count!

Very helpful staff
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife is a wheelchair user and the receptionist helped us to access the hotel via the service entrance. The lift from the basement level avoids the stairs at front of the hotel. We had dinner in the Saltburn restaurant and the food was very good, as was the breakfast. The view from the hotel over the harbour is great.

Cons:

Prices for wine from bar was very expensive but beer (bottled and draught) was reasonably priced. Some paint finishes in room and shower room were a bit rough but everywhere was clean.

Outside area, staff were pleasant, close to town centre

Cons:

Was told £15 each for breakfast which we paid, entered the lift to see a sign that says resident's get 10% off. We didn't receive this.

The staff were exceptionally nice , professional , hardworking and helpful.The location is great fur access anywhere , x̌ The view from lobby , resturaunt and sea facing rooms is incredibly beautiful. Bathrooms really clean Breakfast was very good

This Hotel is a jaded building some of the things in the hotel are very old and dont work first time

Situation centre-ville

Cons:

Place de parking extrêmement limitée débrouillez-vous. Même s'il était prévu de voir un parking.
Et pour ceux qui connaissent. Les parkings sont tous payants.

Pros:

De ligging! En het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Verouderd! Geen airco, of ramen die open konden! Gebouw heeft echt groot onderhoud nodig!
