Nice location shame about the grime on the windows

Cons:

No slippers, heating not working, room smaller than I was thinking, zip and link bed didn't attached to each other so made a gap between of them while having king bed sheet and king duvet. Spider and spider webs in room, some leftovers after previous guest i think on the window ledges, had to figure out and wait around 30 min for hot water to run from shower as nothing was working as should be, no additional light so either youre sitting in dark either waking up your extra person

Oban Stay
Pros:

I liked the location and the fact it was clean and smart inside.

Cons:

Paid for a double room and got two single beds pushed together, that were uneven and uncomfortable. This should not be happening or at least be informed. Also when I paid for the buffet breakfast, there were little or no items out and had to wait at least 10-15 mins for trays to be filled.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, location was also great, staff member who checked us in on arrival was also excellent. Great customer service.

Cons:

On the second day, a different staff member was at reception, we had an issue with our room safe, locked accidentally and required to be reset, when I went to report this to the staff at reception, she didn't seem to be paying attention to my report, and although she advised a colleague will sort it out, nobody came to see us therefore we were unable to use our room safe. Poor customer service.
