Pros:

Staff courteous and available during day and night.

Cons:

Sound insulation is extremely poor. Can hear people making phone calls in the room next to mine.
Hotel looks old and in desperate need for an update. Wall tiles in the bathroom were chipped. It looked as some plumbing work happened but tile no replaced in area where the pipes are.
This is supposed to be a 4 stars Hotel but it can hardly meet standards for a three stars accommodation.
Breakfast was good. Staff across the whole hotel were pleasant and very helpful.

Hotel wygodny dla podróży służbowych i lotów o nietypowych porach ze względu na położenie blisko lotniska. Pomocny personel, cichy pokój. W lodówce napoje dla gościa. Czystość ok. Brak zestawu do parzenia herbaty ale bez problemu za 2 euro można kupić w barze. Generalnie hotel jest przyzwoity na jedną lub dwie noce.

Manutenzione della camera e del bagno insoddisfacente. Staff al check in poco accogliente. In camera solo un set di asciugamani. Camera fredda all'arrivo.
