Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Ubicación perfecta para moverse, estación al lado, autobuses para el aeropuerto y ciudad con parada muy cerca

Cons:

Por poner un pero, no tiene que ver con el hotel, por la noche en los alrededores el ambiente da un poco de inseguridad.

The reception with attitude
Pros:

Good facilities and the hotel was close enough to everything.

Cons:

Reception on arrival was abrupt and obviously doesn't realise not every English speaking nation can speak fluent Italian. Needs a lesson on her front of counter role in making the tourist feel welcome enough to return to her village even if there isn't alot to see there. Anything more than an overnight stay is a waste.of time.

Pros:

Przy samym dworcu i przy samym przystanku autobusu nr 1, który jedzie na Stare Miasto. Pieszo na Stare Miasto jest kawałek drogi.
Przy samym hotelu jest kawiarnia, która serwuje bardzo dobrą kawę i ciastka. Więc nie potrzeba brać śniadania hotelowego.

Very convenient, great city to visit with Milan a easy ride away.
Pros:

Good though all the facilitites at this hotel are the top score is for locaction. Quick and easy bus ride in from Bergamo airport and right oposite the train station for access to Milan. Bergamo is a great city too with the old town and citadel too good to miss.
