Every question asked at reception was given limited information ie bus and also just told us to go to the dining room in the morning and look at what was on offer for breakfast.

Property is located really good - facing the train/bus station and price was one of the lowest in Bergamo. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby, you can walk anywhere. Lobby looked nice and clean and there’s a cafe right next door. They have a locker room for leaving the luggage that has a camera inside, so we felt safe leaving our suitcases. The staff were helpfull trying to find us a taxi for early flight, since it was sunday and there were no airport shuttles available in the early morning, however with no success, since all the tourists needed to solve the same issue. They also have a person in the reception throughout the night, so it was no problem checking out at 1:00am. The room was comfy, but there was a concert next to the hotel and it was pretty much impossible to sleep those few hours before the last airport shuttle.
Just the sound isolation wasn’t existing- we could hear everything from the hotel corridor and from the outside. Also the blanket set-up was strange - didn’t understand if ithad a cover or if it was just wrapped into another sheet, since it kept falling all apart 😂
No se me ocurre una opción mejor para alojarse en Bérgamo, por su ubicación enfrente de la estación de tren y la calidad de las instalaciones. La cama era extragrande y cómoda, y la temperatura de la habitación tanto con aire acondicionado como sin él era perfecta. El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento y proporcionó indicaciones claras para coger el autobús al aeropuerto y para llegar a la città alta.
La experiencia fue inmejorable en todos los sentidos.
