Pros:

Struttura accogliente, staff gentile e cordiale. Stanza e bagno spaziosi, letto molto comodo. Ben insonorizzata. Dalla nostra stanza si godeva di una bella visuale. L'albergo si trova a due passi dalla stazione e dalle fermate del bus per il resto della città e per l'aeroporto. La città è un museo a cielo aperto, ricca di storia e di cultura.

Comunicare foarte buna cu angajatii hotelului. Pat super confortabil. Bergamo, de vis.
Pros:

Locatia excelenta, chiar langa gara. Peste drum de hotel este statia de autobuz care duce in Citta Alta. Hotelul este aproape de restaurante, de zona de shopping din Citta Bassa.

Pleased it was just one night.

Very handy for the train station

Cons:

The area made me feel very unsafe. There were loads of men hanging around outside the area of the station and car park next to the hotel. The orange bathroom was awful and the pillows very uncomfortable.
