Beds were very comfortable
Hallways had noticeable debris that didn't get cleaned up throughout our 3 day stay.

Washer/dryer broken the whole time. We spent 5 days there. We had to go to a laundromat.
Ice maker broken
I was appreciative of the breakfast options and the fresh ground coffee. The room was more spacious than I anticipated and I was very appreciative for this.
The bathroom did not have a deep clean in some time. To be clear, I'm not talking about stains which can happen with older appliances, but there was actual hair and accumulated scum behind the bathroom door at the corner of the tub and floor. Also, the shower curtain would not stay closed due to the angling of the rod.
Bed was comfortable
I paid almost $300 for a hotel with pool and got there the pool wasn’t operating. I tried to get a person on booking.com to cancel and couldn’t. This is awful!
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was lovely in the morning. They even gave us chocolate milk to go when we checked out. They overheard the girls talking about how good the chocolate milk was.
I had purposely booked the hotel for my daughters 16 th birthday party. Knowing there was a pool there, that's why I chose it over another. The pool was closed for renovations. No where on the website or when I checked in and said that we were excited to use the pool was I told that it wasn't open. I had to go looking for it. Saw it was closed and when I went back to the front they just shrugged their shoulders and said yeah. The website in fact said it had an outdoor and indoor pool, which I knew was incorrect info. the facility only has a indoor pool. I live in the area and have stayed here before. I do think it should have been posted in the lobby and on website that the pool was closed. It put a damper on five girls fun evening.
Also One of the rooms we had was near the lobby and I could hear the staff talking into the wee hours of the morning.
The room smelled a little funky according to my husband but I didn't smell anything. The location was great it's next to a BJ's and a Walmart and lots of other shops. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The coffee and breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly. The only negatives was the pool was under construction and the USB ports were broken in our room. Also the TV wasn't set up so there wasn't any channels to watch. Would stay again.

Location was great and close to get anything. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Only downside was the pool was closed for remodeling. Was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place.
I didn't stay there, I had reservations for Friday night thru Monday. We arrived R.I around 2am , called to see if I could get a room and was told no. I needed to find another hotel. So I found another one and the gave me a good deal so I canceled the other 2 nights and had to pay for Friday since it was late. So I will not book with your hotel again.

The room was dirty my feet stuck to the floors. There was mold and stains in the bathtub, and stains on the box spring and couch, some type of stain on the door.
