Wonderful hotel with even more wonderful staff and dining which was every bit as fabulous.
Pros:

The hotel was incredibly comfortable, rooms were sizeable and quiet, the staff were delightful and couldn't do enough to help us and we were thrilled with the rate we paid and the services we received. Very high quality dining for our half board arrangement (something we don't normally opt for) but we were so delighted that we took advantage of the half board deal. We got to eat in 3 separate on site restaurants. Although the hotel was out of town as such, it was accessible by free tram service or a healthy walk and we did not feel short-changed in terms of location as we spent a day hiking in the countryside anyway. 10 out of 10!

Cons:

A few bits of constructive feedback - if you stay on a Sunday evening on a half board deal then both main restaurants are closed in the evening so we had to eat in the bar. But the staff didn't really seem to know what to offer us to eat. So, after some deliberations, we were offered 2 starter options and 2 main course options which were quick fix type meals. One of our party decided not to eat anything at all. The other person had just 1 course and I had 2 starters. We then noticed somebody dining in the bar area who was eating something entirely different on a paid basis so maybe we could have been offered to dine from the bar menu with a credit being applied? It just seemed like there wasn't a plan for our half board arrangement which included a Sunday evening.

Très bon séjour qualitatif. Personnel très attentif. Conforme à ce que l’on attend en fréquentant ce genre d’établisseme
Pros:

Le séjour s’est bien passé. La chambre etait conforme aux attentes : spacieuse, propre, bien équipée
Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel : grande variété de bons produits : petit déjeuner continental à volonté, avec possibilité de commander des extras ( omelette préparée à la carte, en plus des œufs brouillés, saumon, ) tout ça inclus dans le forfait.
Pour le reste pains variés, viennoiseries, grande variété de laitages ( fromages, fromages blancs, skyr, yaourt), salade de fruits, compote de fruits frais etc …

Cons:

Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner de dimanche : victime de son succès, beaucoup de monde arrivé en même temps l’on rendu un peu bruyant générant un peu d’attente et un climat manquant de calme pourtant appréciable le matin .
Le café est servi à table et à la tasse .
Peut être proposer une cafetière directement à ceux qui souhaitent en boire plusieurs ?

Upea hotelli EU-ytimessä hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella
Pros:

Hotelli sijaitsee kulkuyhteyksien kannalta - olitpa liikkeellä autolla tai joukkoliikenteellä - erinomaisessa paikassa EU-toiminnan ytimessä Kirchbergissä. Henkilöstö oli ystävällistä, palvelu erinomaista ja huone upea. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Pysäköintijärjestelyt erinomaiset.

Cons:

Aamiaisella oli joinain aamuina ruuhkaa ja osa henkilöstöstä näytti stressaantuneisuutensa selvästi asiakkaidenkin suuntaan. Kahvia ja teetä joutui pyytämään moneen kertaan.

Η θέση του!!! Η μεγαλοπρέπεια του και το δίκλινο δωμάτιο , στο οποίο μείναμε!!! Τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια ήταν πραγματικά … δύο κρεβάτια. Σε αντίθεση με την πλειοψηφία των ξενοδοχείων που εξετάσαμε προ κάνουμε κράτηση.

Η τιμή του πρωινού ητα υπερβολική : 37 ευρώ το άτομο!!!

Für ein entspanntes Wochenende in Luxemburg genau richtig!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Straßenbahn direkt vor Ort. Das Frühstücksbüfett bietet alles, was man erwartet und zusätzlich auch noch eine separate Frühstückskarte. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Toilette separat, was ich super finde und im Badezimmer Wanne und große Regendusche, auch voneinander getrennt.

Cons:

Der Tee, der bei der Minibar hinterlegt war, war schon ziemlich alt und es waren nur 3 Teebeutel, dazu alles nur Kräutertee. Das erscheint billig und passt aus meiner Sicht nicht zum Anspruch des Hauses.

Top Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, mit der kostenlosen Tram in der Nähe kommt man schnell in die Stadt. Das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist außergewöhnlich. Die Ausstattung klasse. Parken in der Nähe war kein Problem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kalt, die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht steuern um es zu wärmen.
