Wonderful stay. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Superb choice for breakfast and excellent quality. Clean and spacious room. Decent outdoor swimming pool.

Overall we were disappointed with our stay & left a day early
Pros:

Walking distance to the old port, nice views from the bar/restaurant. Parking.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. We found it dated & not particularly clean. Service in the bar was not good with the exception of one member of staff. They were more interested in chatting, needed guidance in how to mix cocktails which were on the menu. Was not even busy at that point.
It’s a shame as the location is good.

se avessi conosciuto la posizione della camera non avrei prenotato

La piscina e la sala colazione panoramica

Cons:

L'affaccio della camera sui bocchettoni dell'impianto di condizionamento: rumore e calore. Impossibile tenere le finestre aperte e cambiare l'aria. Il brusio dell'aria condizionata.
L'assenza di soluzioni per fare asciugare i costumi da bagno usati in piscina, visto che le finestre non si potevano aprire

Hôtel confortable à Marseille
Pros:

L’emplacement près du Prado , de la plage des catalans et à proximité du vieux port.
La vue du restaurant et de la piscine.
Lit confortable , chambre calme.
Petit déjeuner varié.
Le parking sur place.

Cons:

La chambre sans vue, fenêtres ne s’ouvrant pas.
Le fait que l’équipe de ménage se brosse les cheveux avec notre brosse ( en laissant les cheveux noirs et frisés sur la brosse !).
Douche vieillotte et pas de place pour étaler les serviettes .

Ok but not 4 star
Pros:

Location was ok for me with great views but I can imagine for lots of people it would be too far. Big room and good you could re-fill your water bottles.

Cons:

Def not a four star hotel in reality. The ‘hot’ food at breakfast was cold 5 mins after breakfast started. Also, you had to cook your own fried eggs. They said other options were available on request but when I asked they said they weren’t. Room was very big but had a musty smell. Shower head was broken, only French TV which seemed unusual for a 4 star hotel. Pool is nice but important to note it is basically in the shade all afternoon so not v warm.

La situation géographique, la vue et la piscine sont très sympa. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi.

Cons:

Très déçue par la chambre qui est vieillotte et peu équipée pour un NOVOTEL. Pas de machine Nespresso, uniquement une bouilloire. Les sachet de café lyophilisé n'ont pas été rechargé pour la seconde nuit. Nous étions 3 et il n'y avait que 2 jeux de serviettes. Le "canapé lit" pour mon fils était vraiment très sommaire et inconfortable au point qu'il n'a jamais réussi a y dormir et nous avons dormi a 3 dans le lit principal (moi et mes 2 enfants)
