Excellent variety and quality
Eggs and sausage were good; not great.
What I like about the property are the stores nearby.
Too many people were making noise next to us and the kids were opening and slamming the room doors after 9pm when they should be inside their room not outside the room running up and down the hallways.
What I like about the property is that it’s close to stores.
What I did not like is that the air conditioning in the room needs cleaning because it smells like urine when it comes on.
Paying for parking. This was an absolute and unpleasant surprise. Never before was I charged extra for parking, and was not notified prior for an extra charge.
Breakfast was another unpleasant surprise where there were NO healthy choices. No fresh fruit, all premade food.
Two thumbs down for stay.
Large, sunny room, TV, really friendly staff, coffee and water in the reception area.
Asking guests to pay $10 for parking, as there is no public transportation close by. Placing $3 bottles of water in the room to entice guests (a bad 1990s idea).
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not what it used to be when it first opened. Dirty, run down, mediocre rooms. Staff are unfriendly, unavailable and unhelpful. No coffee available until the breakfast room opens at 6:00 a.m. never stayed at a place, even motels that didn’t have fresh coffee all day at least early morning. Not returning.
This hotel provides an experience that is a step above that of a typical Hampton Inn. To begin with, the hotel is well located, very close to a major Long Island shopping mall. Even though it is in Nassau County, it is not that far out of NYC.. As far as the hotel itself is concerned, the room was good sized, well maintained and clean. Service throughout was excellent. Also, not to be forgotten, parking was free.

Of hygiene….. Carpet was dirty and sticky … causing smell in the room.
I like the staff from the front to the cleaning lady ,and the breakfast lady.Each one of them were very helpful on everything when you asked them. I was impressed with the free breakfast. There was also hot breakfast like eggs, sausage, homemade fries and etc..The room has a lot of plugs for our phones and other gadgets.
The TV was easy to start..not like other hotels. Since my husband is handicapped the location of our room was perfect to go to our car.
We really enjoyed our stay.We want to go back to that hotel next time
Nothing I did not like
Rahul, the sales manager, was wonderful to work with. Our business needed a small block of rooms, and he responded quickly, graciously accommodated several changes, and made the entire process easy. He was consistently helpful, pleasant, and responsive. I truly appreciated how hard he worked on our behalf.
