Pros:

The breakfast was good. The room was cozy.

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needed a deep clean. And surfaces in the main room could have been wiped down better. And the side table lamp wouldn't turn on.

We will not return to this hotel.

Location was great.

We were confirmed for a king bed with a pull out couch. I called the hotel to confirm a few days prior but when we arrived, we were given a king bed with a chair. The front desk said that we could not be given another room or a discount due to using booking.com I asked for a cot and they only had cribs. She didn't even offer extra pillows/blankets. My 14 year old had to sleep on the floor. Thank Goodness there was an extra blanket on the bed and we brought our own pillows. The next morning, there was one table available at breakfast and it was disgusting. A hotel worker walked into the room, clearly noticed how dirty the table was that I was standing at and walked away. We left and went to McDonalds. Before leaving on Sunday, I was the only one to shower because the water was freezing cold. We had a great experience the year prior and I am not one to complain but we will find a new hotel for our stay next year.

1st time at festival

Value, this was close to the festival at the Shippensburg Fair Grounds. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Won't stay at this location again. I understand this is not a luxury stay, but I'm still paying

1. No mention of 100 incidental that takes DAYS to get back.
2. Tv remote batteries dead.
3. Shower floor so slippery, I fell.
4. Shampoo broke right off shower wall.
5. Conditioner empty
6. Pool broken
7. Snack machine broken. Only accepts cash.
8. Sink took forever to drain.
9. Breakfast time was crossed off at 6 moved to 7. Messes up driving plan while traveling.
10. Pool not working.
