Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had another brilliant stay at the Ellison Hotel! This was our second time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last.

The staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly – I genuinely can’t praise them enough. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are brilliant and everything is so clean and comfortable.

The location is also so handy, especially being able to walk through the tunnel straight over to the Royal Theatre.

We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend the Ellison Hotel!

First class facilities, comfortable rooms and delicious food and drink!
Pros:

Excellent dinner and breakfast. Great location in the centre of Castlebar and linked to the theatre. Also right opposite the park.

Cons:

There weren't many options for a (quiet) drink in the evenings. The bar area is quite small, and if there's another loud party in there the nose carries quite considerably. There is seating in the reception area too but not much. We asked if we could sit somewhere else and thankfully the lovely colleagues at the bar let us have a seating area in the conference facilities.
