Pros:

The staff all very pleasant. We got a room with a walk in shower which was great for my 93 year old mother

Cons:

There was no fridge in room for meds that needed to be kept in a fridge.
The shower chair had dirt marks and the shelf in bathroom had rust marks.

Pros:

The staff are absolutely fantastic, so helpful and so pleasant. The hotel is also in a great location.

Cons:

This was our second time staying here and we didn't have any issue the first time however on this occasion the bed was tiny, did not feel big enough for two people.

Fantastic breakfast and lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel - particularly the accessible rooms which were great for my elderly grandparents. Fantastic breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant for the evening meal. Would definitely stay again.
