Habitacion comoda, pero con ruido
Pros:

La cama y almohada estan muy bien.

Cons:

Durante toda la noche se oía el motor del aire acondicionado de la habitacion contigua. El ruido entreba por el respiradero de la habitacion. Hotel centrico cerca en pocos minutos de barrios muy bonitos

Esta buena la ubicación y el hotel es muy comodo

Creo que es algo simple de mejorar, el baño es muy comodo pero en las coladeras deberian tener alguna trampa anti olores ya que huele a a coladera si dejas abierta la puerta del baño

Nada. NOS ROBARON (250€) LA PRIMERA HORA LA SEÑORA DE LA LIMPIEZA. Tuvimos que llamar a la policía. El hotel ni siquiera quiso hacerse cargo por no estar dentro de la “caja fuerte” y tuvimos que llamar a la policía para recuperar el dinero, y lo recuperamos. Para colmo, hotel muy antiguo, malas almohadas, mala ducha. No recomendaría nunca y a nadie este hotel. Peor experiencia de hace muchos años con un hotel.

Pros:

El desayuno caro para la oferta, hay restaurante s y hoteles próximos con desayunos mejores e en mejor precio, la localización del hotel excepcional

¡Pueden mejorar!
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel es grandiosa. Hay mucho que visitar alrededor y todo queda cerca.

Cons:

Que no incluyera el desayuno como decía en la plataforma y que no tuvieran cupo de parqueadero en el mismo Hotel. Nos tocó dejarlo en la otra sede del Hotel, aunque es cerca, es tedioso. En los cuartos deberían tener una nevera, debido a que no tenían el servicio de desayuno incluido, nos tocó comprar en el OXXO, ya que el desayuno también era costoso para consumirlo dentro del hotel.

Great value, good location, professional and polite staff.

Cons:

The AC unit in the room had a leak or condensation problem and we woke up to a large puddle on the floor. Staff was very receptive to being notified and contacted maintenance.
