Clean, well kept, nice hotel with spacious rooms. Nice rain shower and not very far from the city center. Beds large and hard matrass so that was nice for my friend but a bit to hard for me

Small things, like very light curtains and the shower wall is to short so the bathroom floor gets wet

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber sehr schlechtes Parkhaus.
Pros:

Ausgesprochen nettes hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Parkhaus Situation ist katastrophal und im Prinzip nur mit Kleinwagen nutzbar, dazu überall Taubenkot. Dafür eine Parkgebühr von 25€/Tag zu nehmen, ist völlig unpassend. Das Hotel ist super, das Personal ist genial, aber das Parkhaus vermiest einem leider schon die Ankunft.

Die Betten waren bequem

Cons:

Man kommt in einer scheußlichen, dunklen, unübersichtlichen, sehr engen und von Tauben vollgeschissenen Tiefgarage an (25 €pro Nacht!) und das Hotel ist ebenso verwinkelt und unübersichtlich. Der Mitarbeiter konnte noch nicht mal sagen „ aus dem Lift nach rechts und dann am Ende des Ganges ist Ihr Zimmer“ und wir mussten ewig suchen, da die Schilder völlig unverständlich sind. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter waren nicht freundlich, sie starrten nur immerzu auf ihren Schirm, ein „Guten Tag“ war kaum noch möglich…
Die Hotel-Einrichtung scheint aus der Retorte zu stammen, der Kaffee imZimmer ist Pulverkaffee, igitt! Und das bei einem stolzen Preis!
