Prima hotel voor een stedentripje, lekker dicht bij het centrum.

Prachtige en schone kamers en een uitgebreid ontbijt

Cons:

We zaten op de 4de verdieping, maar we hadden zulke kleine raampjes en ik moest er ook nog voor op mijn tenen gaan staan om fatsoenlijk naar buiten te kunnen kijken (en ik ben 177)

Insgesamt war es eine sehr negative und unprofessionelle Erfahrung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war für den Preis von 100 € pro Nacht in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Allerdings war ich mit der Bettwäsche nicht zufrieden, da sie den Eindruck machte, als wäre sie bereits von einem vorherigen Gast benutzt worden. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht ausprobiert, daher kann ich es nicht bewerten.

Cons:

Leider war der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Bei meiner Ankunft wollte er mir fast eine Stunde lang ein Zimmer ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage geben, obwohl es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war. Er sagte mehrmals, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und es gäbe keine andere Möglichkeit. Später bot er mir sogar ein kostenloses Frühstück an, wenn ich das Zimmer nehmen würde. Ich habe abgelehnt. Erst als ich sagte, dass ich Booking.com kontaktieren werde, bekam ich das Zimmer, das ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte. Auch andere Gäste hatten an der Rezeption Diskussionen mit dem Personal. Deshalb werde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
