Tres bien situé, soacieux et la litterie est tres confortable

Cons:

Trop de personne a la piscine, pas assez spacieux, si tu pars au resto on enleve les serviettes ce que je trouve un peu desagreable

Une belle expérience dans l’ensemble, avec une équipe particulièrement professionnelle et attentionnée.
Pros:

Nous avons passé cinq jours au Sofitel Marrakech, dans l’ensemble très agréables. Le service de l’hôtel, que ce soit à l’accueil, au petit déjeuner, autour de la piscine, au ménage ou encore au spa, a été irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement réussi, avec un large choix de produits frais et variés.

La propreté de la chambre était exceptionnelle et la literie très confortable. Un grand merci également à Azzedine pour sa disponibilité, son aide et son attention tout au long de notre séjour.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne le déjeuner autour de la piscine : des produits de qualité assez décevante, peu goûteux, et un choix très restreint, qui nous a semblé en décalage avec le standing attendu d’un Sofitel.
