Ειναι ενα ξενοδοχείο 50 χρονων το οποίο το εχουν κάνει ανακαινίσεις. Αμα προσέξεις σε αρκετά σημεία φαίνεται αυτό. Το service του ει αίσθηση λιγο αργο.δηλ ζητήσαμε 3 φορές ενα 2 πάπλωμα το ιποιο ήρθε μετα απο 40 λεπτά.

Le bruit (type musique boîte de nuit en plein air) côté rue à partir de 23h jusqu’à 2h du matin du côté chambre impériale (201).
L’état du carrelage du jaccuzi carrelages manquants ou coupants. Très étrange pour ce type d’hôtel
Très peu de choix au restaurant de la piscine (pool Lounge )
Tarif exagéré pour certains produits : 160 dirhams pour 8 morceaux de pastèque.
J’ai préféré laisser ce montant en tips pour le serveur plutôt que payer cela.

Detente en famille dans le confort de Marrakech

Nous remercions l’entièreté de l’équipe de l’hôtel qui ont été au petit soin pour nous et en Particulier Azzeddine qui a su prendre en compte nos difficultés ( famille nombreuse avec 2 bébés) et qui nous a rendu le séjour plus facile en nous surclassant dans une chambre plus adapté.

Le personnel a été gentil et chaleureux et nous a toujours aidé.

L’hôtel est magnifique et bien placé avec une immense piscine.

Je recommande.
