Sehr gute zentrale Lage! Schöne und moderne Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Cons:

Leider keine Espressomaschine sondern nur Wasserkocher und Nestle Kaffeepulver, sehr enge Dusche und Mini Badewanne

L’emplacement, la propreté, le petit déjeuner et la disponibilité des personnes qui travaillent à la réception et au service.

Cons:

Nous avons pris 5 nuits sur la base d’une chambre payée sur booking et avons eu une chambre différente et beaucoup moins confortable en arrivant à l’hôtel. Une chambre avec une fenêtre juste au dessus du lit, ce qui est très gênant pour se reposer le matin à cause de la lumière dans les yeux. Au bout de deux jours on nous a enfin donné la chambre que nous avions réservé.
Lorsque nous avons déplacé nos affaires d’une chambre à l’autre des vêtements ont été oubliés dans la première chambre. Lorsque nous les avions réclamés à la réception on nous a répondu que le personnel de ménage n’a rien trouvé or c’est impossible car les affaires y étaient bien. Cette expérience a laissé un goût amer alors que le séjour à Venise était vraiment bien.
