A very central position. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to Accademia bridge and good selection of restaurants. The room and bathroom were spotless. Modern interior. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel is in a good location easy walking distance to Rialto Bridge, St Mark's Sq etc. The room was clean, modern and comfortable and we had the added bonus of a side view of the grand canal. Staff were very helpful and friendly - special thanks to Alessandro who organised our transfer from the airport to hotel at short notice. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good variety of juices, tea, coffee, cereals, baked goods and cooked breakfast with eggs, bacon etc. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and hope to return to Venice again one day and stay here again.
A cozy, stylish, and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. We stayed for just one night, but we were very satisfied with our experience. The room was well designed and comfortable, very neat and great for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, and there is a waterbus stop just 50 meters away. The staff were very kind and helpful. They also organize tours to Murano Island.
The breakfast could be more varied.
The doors and windows do not provide sufficient sound insulation. Measures should be taken, as you end up waking up early in the morning due to street noise or sounds from the hotel's corridoor.
It was also very inconvenient that there was no shelf in the shower to place soap or shampoo, and no hook or rack to hang towels.
This property has a great location. Major attractions like San Marco square, Doge Palace, Rialto, Academia bridge etc are within walking distance. The hotel has a private pier and you can take a private water taxi straight from the airport there. The staff is helpful and friendly. Clean place. We enjoyed our stay!

The location was excellent, between the Rialto and San Marco.
Liked the decor and the high ceiling and the stairs.
Liked the touches such as the welcoming bottle of Prosecco, the selection of items in the bathroom and the little box of biscuits on departure.
