La disponibilità e cordialità del personale, sia alla reception che al piano che in sala colazione, la struttura di per sé si presenta bene, una buona hall, un ascensore ottimo. Un frigobar in camera con acqua compresa non è una cosa scontata. Le dimensioni della camera erano buone. La colazione abbastanza variegata e piena disponibilità del personale

Cons:

Peccato che il letto non sia proprio comodo, duro e materasso sottile. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione, lo sciacquone funzionava male e l'acqua usciva di continuo, per cui nel silenzio della notte sentire un continuo scendere acqua non è molto piacevole. La doccia un disastro, non è propriamente una doccia ma una vasca con un vetro che copre per metà la lunghezza della stessa. La funzione doveva essere di evitare che l'acqua fuoriuscisse durante la doccia, risultato.... bagno allagato. Un buon albergo che si perde per piccolezze

Pleasant stay close to Lucca centre
Pros:

It was close to walk into Lucca and not far from the main train station. The room was clean but quite small it’s deceiving from the photos on the website. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful with taxis.

Cons:

There was no ramp to walk up to the reception area so not easy when you have heavy luggage. Would not be suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs. You have to walk up at least 8 steps and then to get to the lifts to your room you have to walk up another few steps.
