Well located, and Excellent customer service.
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay, and is well placed for a longer visit also. Access to and from the main roads was very easy, and the car park, although without marked bays or shade, was large, free and conveniently on-site. The walled city was within walking distance, but after our long journey we were glad to find an evening snack at the pleasant bar beside the hotel. Our room was clean, with everything we needed, and there was a good selection of food from the breakfast buffet. But more impressive than all this was their exceptional response when my husband was taken ill on the day of our planned arrival, The staff - and in particular the charming Ariana, efficiently handled our request to move our booking with courtesy and sensitivity, on both the first occasion and again when we had to delay a further day. With no fuss and no charge they made a stressful situation so much easier than it could have been. Thank you Hotel Napoleon. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Il servizio biciclette disponibili comprese nel prezzo, colazione molto ricca, parcheggio gratuito, personale squisito, pulizia. Sistema di raffrescamento ottimo.

Cons:

Piccoli miglioramenti nel bagno: doccia non manutenzionata bene(vite lenta doccino), Qualche gancetto in più per appendere gli asciugamani, pensare ad una mensolina vicino lavandino. Comunque nel contesto il bagno era funzionale.

Очень отзывчивый и приятный персонал. Хотя номер очень маленький, наличие балкона с приятным видом это компенсирует. Чистота в ванной, хороший матрас и постельное белье. Ежедневно давали новую питьевую воду.

Cons:

В раковине была горячая вода, а в душе текла еле теплая вода, было не очень комфортно мыться. Очень ограниченный выбор блюд на завтрак. Почти полное отсутствие овощей и фруктов. От отеля 4 звезды ожидаешь чуть больше в плане завтрака. Но были соки и йогурты, что приятно. Не хватало каких-то блинчиков и овсяной каши. Из горячих блюд были только омлеты. Сам отель стоит на трассе, и по ночам может быть немного шумно. Систему кондиционирования стоит обновить и провести хотя бы косметический ремонт номеров.

Comfortable hotel, walking distance to Lucca.
Pros:

Good value, comfortable hotel, with parking, about 15 minute walk from Lucca's walls. The main road is quite busy so better to walk via quieter residential streets. Good base from which to explore Lucca. Decent buffet breakfasts. Helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

Steps up to front entrance, especially with suitcases.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. There where some notifications that the AC was disabled or such but it was a very good room with AC. The room was very neat, I got a bike, and the staff was friendly.

Pros:

Camera ben distribuita con tutto quanto occorrente e bagno finestrato! Doccia molto spaziosa, varia scelta tipologia cuscini! Ottima la colazione

Cons:

Purtroppo il materasso a molle un po’ troppo usurato era scomodo, poi a cercare il pelo nell’uovo, la tv deve essere posizionata meglio, per due motivi, torcicollo e visione pessima perché il supporto non è inclinabile
