A Chinese man on very noisy calls to China, at awkward hours kept distributing me. I had to knock on the wall / connecting door to ask him to calm down!

Foyer is always a great spot to relax, great location to get into central London and out to Heathrow.
Renovation was extremely noisy while in our room.
Good hotel in an excellent location with regards to Underground and Overground station (Gunnersbury). Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, clean room and plentiful breakfast with very good selection.
No shaver socket in bathroom! No fridge or in-room safe in the Deluxe Room.
We choose this hotel because we we're attending a concert at Wembley and wanted a hotel close to a tube station and close to the motorway for our return journey home so we could avoid driving through London and The Clayton hotel fitted the bill perfectly.
We had a big comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The shower was very good with a good strong flow. The room was in a very quiet spot and we slept very well. After returning from the night out we asked for extra milk for the room which was no problem. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and was enjoyed in a very comfortable and relaxed dining area. Check out at 11 was perfect
Nothing to dislike. Only personal preference of mine would be to have the shower with a hand held spray as well as the fixed head that was there, but shower cap was provided if I hadnt of wanted to wash hair
