Bed was really comfortable room was clean
Did not agree booking.com price, paid for celebration package which I was charged for twice (2 night stay) even though on the website it didn’t state per night. after speaking twice to the reception and raising my concerns. They took my bank details they never did refund me.
Bath was broken, tap was leaking.
No smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix etc which was not ideal when we wanted to chill one evening after a busy day

Un po' di polvere nelle stanze. Non collegato benissimo al centro, soprattutto la sera.
It’s a great location for us, family just around the corner. Drove up from Devon, left the car safely there. Hopped on the bus outside of the Clayton to Hammersmith tube station. Sat the heart of theatre land for a leisurely lunch before a matinee performance. Busy afternoon & evening. Back to hotel for a nightcap, long soak in the bath and great nights sleep in the huge beds!!
Breakfast was a delight and off we went to visit family and spend the day in Kew. Perfect weekend, thank you Clayton 😁👌
Nothing, it’s great. Modern, spotlessly clean. Really comfortable, fabulous helpful staff. Even the car had a very safe, clean environment to stay in 😉.
As a repeat guest I obviously find this hotel comfortable, convenient and accommodating.
I have said before that the staff in the bar are very laid back and don’t seem very attentive or engaged in their customers. The reason they are there is to serve guests but I always get the feeling I’m interrupting them from something else !

We stayed multiple times over a few weeks as we needed to be located in the Chiswick/West London area. We also needed an accessible room. The staff were very friendly and helpful in accommodating all our requests. The rooms were functional and quiet. A lot to like.
