Cons:

Realised bedsheets not change every make room service. Bedsheets with stain still the same. Not a big issues to me.

All in all, it was a great stay though for the short amount of time I was there. Very comfortable

best hotel in Thailand I've stay so far
Pros:

Good location., rooms were clean and very spacious. Plenty of sitting areas with free beverages provided at the lobby. Staffs were friendly too.

Cons:

Long elevator waiting times, can look at upgrading to improve the situation.
