Awesome and comfortable stay for 6nights. Will definitely revisit when back to BKK.
Pros:

Love the spacious of the rooms and very convenient especially room comes with microwave. Location is convenient, walking distance between 7-11, pharmacy & platinum mall. A lot of local eatery stalls around.

Cons:

Bidet on the toilet not working except for the seat was warm all times.

Best hotel on pratunam
Pros:

The room was exactly as shone in the website before I book. The room was really huge and super clean. We had huge tv with netflix. The queensize bed was fantastic. Great service by the hotel crew. There is a 7 11 store right below the hotel next door

We were pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Location is very good, close to Platinum shopping mall and other department stores. Lots of food options nearby including local offerings. Lots of massage places nearby. The hotel itself offered great amenities - filtered water in Lobby, bottled water in room, espresso machine in room and small touches like umbrella in room amongst other things. The facilities including room is as its shown in the photos.

Cons:

Can't fault the hotel, its location, cost or facilities. Will be staying here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

Apart from the housekeeper shortfall over all the stay was great and my family enjoyed ourselves
Pros:

The front desk little was extremely helpful and offered us a connecting room with good rates when our booking for 4 the room type was not ideal .

Cons:

Housekeeping is definitely lacked! We stayed 4 nights and they were so inconsistent. They cleared our soiled bedroom slippers but did not give us new pair! Also the floor mat was soiled and they didn’t even changed it till the third day. Generally the housekeeper needs to be more attention and cleanliness is 5/10 .

Clean and spacious room

Cons:

Realised bedsheets not change every make room service. Bedsheets with stain still the same. Not a big issues to me.
