Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue que todos los días nos hacían la habitación, cambiando toallas y el agua de cortesía la reponían tambien. Estuvimos en media pensión, y nos encantó que todas las noches había cena temática.

Cons:

Las piscinas no sentías que te refrescarán agua caliente,, pero supongo que también influye el calor que hacía está semana.

Staff is great, a lot of potential for this hotel but please invest in renovations
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming, helpful, smiling, polite - everyone offered great service. The 3 pools are great, very large, super clean with perfectly warmed water. The hotel settings near the beach is also very nice.

Cons:

Hotel is not representing well the Barcelo brand, it is in dire need of significant renovations. The lamp was falling from the ceiling, the electric plugs fell off the wall in our BR, the air conduits were very black/dirty, there was moisture on the ceiling/ even a hole in the gym and water was dripping from it on the threadmill, the dining room ceiling also was leaking… I could go on.

Bel hôtel, mets un effort considérable, affaire sur l’accueil et solutionner les problèmes lorsque les clients sont conf
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la nourriture le buffet très complet et excellent ou niveau du goût surtout.

Cons:

Le personnel de l’accueille par très accueillant, pas d’effort pour parler notre langue ou essayer de nous comprendre.

Les boisson du buffet de nuit sont payant en extra ! Le parking sont à payez en extra et en plus des serviettes de piscine, également payant si oublié sur le transat et qu’il n’a pas été remis.

Pros:

We love this hotel and its quiet vibe. Lovely to see it busier but still plenty of room and space. Food range was even better. Rooms are spacious

Fantastic getaway
Pros:

Excellent little hotel tucked away in southern Spain. Very conveniently located for airport - 10min transfer. Exceptionally friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great food. Everything you need in your room and bathroom incl hairdryer, magnifying mirror, shampoo and conditioner. The big pool is deep and only accessible by metal steps so not ideal for people with mobility issues but there are 2 other small, shallow pools. Food is excellent. Theme nights in the buffet, bbq grill, just great. Excellent kids club. No late check out room or anywhere to change/shower if you leave after 12 which is a shame as kind of ruined our last day. If you want a lively place to look around though this is not for you - it's a quiet hotel. Have been here 10 times though so no real complaints.

Pros:

I had the pleasure of watching two matches among Spanish fans, hotel guests in the fan zone. Two victories, hopefully a future world champion in 2026. The Spanish are very kind and helpful people. I will always have a good opinion of them.
