Absolutely Recommend!
Pros:

The room was Huge! So Beautiful and clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel since COVID! The price was very reasonable!

A great stay with a wonderful host at a good price.
Pros:

We were greeted upon arrival by Abhi who was amazingly professional telling us that he secured the kind of room I requested and assured us that it was prepared and ready. He also made sure to tell us if we had any concerns to contact him
He was simply great. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast far more than most hotels at this price. We had eggs hash brown potatoes and sausages. And there was fruit cereal and some pastries. A very complete spread for the two of us. My wife wanted to stay longer as it was just so nice

Run! Don't walk to another hotel!

The bed. It was comfortable and the mattress seemed new.

Cons:

The room needed a deep cleaning before we arrived. The shower was peeling and the areas all around it and the bathroom were chipped and cracked. The raw repair clay looked like a child slapped it to the wall. The air conditioner was so loud my husband and I had to speak at the top of our voices just to hear each other. The outside of the hotel looks like a broken down, abandoned building. Business owner's standards are disgraceful. Broken wooden trash bins at exterior that are rotting and falling apart. BEWARE. This guy uses hidden policies for pets and fees that are not seen on Booking.com.

He is "choosy" about what guests he is nice to.

He used the emergency intercom on the elevator and said "watch your dogs!" after arguing with my husband about a $100 dog fee plus a $50 room deposit. He now claims that he had to close the room down for deep cleaning due to excessive pet hair. I travel with a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself before we left. If there was excessive hair, it was in the trash can.

There are tons of other hotels surrounding this dump - seriously, choose one of them. There's a reason why it's all the way in the back.
