Pros:

The location was perfect One alley removed from San Marco. Our room overlooked a canal, bridge and cute little alley way. We enjoyed people watching from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious, served in our room by the nicest staff member. The hot chocolate was to die for. The elevator was appreciated as we have been in many small European hotels without one. They arranged for a private water taxi to pick us up literally in the lobby and take us directly to the airport . We will absolutely book there again!

Very, very disappointing. Choose other properties while in Venice!
Pros:

Very disappointing, do not stay here while in Venice!

Cons:

The staff were rude, condescending, argumentative and were untruthful.
Thr furniture in the rude was nearly falling apart & dirty.
The air-conditioning did not work despite requests to have it fixed, it was 37 deg!
It was noisy and not private (the 1st floor).
I advise not stay here!

Excellent venice hotel
Pros:

Nice breakfast. The scrambled eggs were particularly good. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If I go to Venice again I will definitely rebook the hotel.

Pros:

Our stay was overall a great experience! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from San Marco Square, with the major advantage of being directly accessible by water taxi, which made arrival and departure seamless.
​The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless. Having a delicious breakfast served directly to our room each morning was a wonderful luxury. Furthermore, the staff members were exceptionally polite, kind, and always ready to help.

Cons:

The only downside to consider is the lack of common spaces. For a 4-star property, there is no shared lounge area or dedicated breakfast room, and our room did not have a view.
