The perfect stay in Venice
Pros:

Es un hotel boutique pequeño que se destaca por la amabilidad de su personal. Ambos muchachos de la recepción fueron extremadamente amables y nos ayudaron con reservas y recomendaciones. Siempre son una sonrisa. El señor que nos llevó el desayuno cada mañana era asimismo encantador. Todos hicieron de nuestra estadía algo inolvidable. Gracias

Brilliant
Pros:

Amazing location near St Mark’s Square and our room had a balcony overlooking the Bridge of Sighs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in our room served by an ever cheerful Rafaelle.

約2年前と今回、2回目の宿泊、素晴らしいのは、とにかくロケーション、部屋からの景色は運河の先に「ため息橋」が見え、サンマルコ寺院までは2分ほど、ホテル部屋は古きヴェネツィアの雰囲気をたたえ、まるでタイムスリップしたかの様、朝食は、陽気でフレンドリーなラファエルが部屋まで運んでくれ、運河を眺めかながら食事ができる。

Cons:

着いた当日、お湯が出ず、1時間ほど待った。また、ハンドシャワーの使い方がわからず、ホテルスタッフを呼んだが、彼らもわからなかった、最終的には使える様になったが、一番良い部屋を取ったのに残念。

Characterful central location
Pros:

Location, tucked away from the busy San Marco square but central enough to get anywhere easily. Huge bedroom which was lovely especially for breakfast in our room.

Pros:

Pokój komfortowy, czysty, łóżko wygodne i duże. Fantastyczne śniadanie serwowane do pokoju przez Raffaele. W obiekcie jest winda. Lokalizacja tuż obok placu św. Marka. Personel bardzo pomocny, uczynny. Świetne miejsce!

The toiletries are a fancy coconut scent... I loved it, but coconut is a love or hate thing.

Geweldig verblijf, kost wat, maar dan heb je ook wat

De ligging dichtbij het San Marcoplein met in de omgeving veel te zien, veel restaurants, veel winkeltjes en toch heel rustig gelegen. Fijne ontvangst, prachtige, schone, ruime kamer met goed sanitair en geweldig ontbijt op de kamer

Cons:

Het hotel ligt aan een kanaal, dus daar vaart ook ‘s nachts wel eens een motorboot doorheen, hetgeen bij Venetië hoort natuurlijk

Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Très bonne position dans le centre de Venise, chambre spacieuse et très lumineuse au 3e étage, avec 5 fenêtres ! Le personnel est très aimable, et Raffaele à la hauteur de sa réputation. Bref, que du bien !

Cons:

Pour trouver quelque chose à dire… l’ascenseur et l’escalier qui desservent le 3e étage ne sont pas très luxueux,,, mais ils ont le mérite d’exister.

Katastrophal!
Cons:

Unglaublich, uns wurde der Zugang zum Zimmer nicht gewährt, da es scheinbar ein Problem mit dem Wasser gab. Dann mussten wir mit den Koffern durch halb Venedig gehen um ein Ersatzzimmer zu bekommen. Dieses Hotel war die noch größere Katastrophe. Man konnte den Geruch im Hotel nicht ertragen, die Zimmerkategorie war eine ganz schlechte und die Zimmerpreise halb so teuer wie im ursprünglichen Hotel. Nach einer Stunde Aufenthalt mussten wir alles stornieren und ein neues Hotel buchen. Dann ging es zu Fuß wieder durch halb Venedig um das Hotel in der ursprünglichen Lage zu beziehen. All dass war dem ursprünglichen Hotel egal… unfreundlich, katastrophal und nie mehr wieder !!! Das war ein toller Geburtstag…
