Great location, amazingly helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything! The staff really made our stay special and couldn’t do enough to help. They seemed genuinely happy to see you and ask about your day. The location was perfect for us as a couple seeking a peaceful week away. The area seems to be a popular spot with Italians too which is surely a great recommendation!
Neps pizzas are amazing (the gluten free ones were excellent) I was doubtful about visiting as it sounded like a takeaway but we ended up going three times!
Be careful relying on buses for public transport. Sometimes they stop, sometimes they don’t… Luckily the delightful Titi called us a taxi to get us to the airport on our final day. We came back hours after we had checked out but she was more than happy to help.

Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.
Pros:

Lo staff è stato particolarmente attento e cortese. Ho incontrato solo persone cordiali e disponibili, ci siamo sentiti ben accolti. La camera era super pulita al nostro arrivo e c’è stata la possibilità di dividere i letti all’occorrenza. La colazione a buffet ampia e molto buona.

Zimmer 2 Sterne, Aufzug eine gewöhnungsbedürftig Katastrophe, kein Parkkplatz beim Hotel, Parkplatz 200m vom Hotel gebührenpflichtig. Sehr laut in der Nacht.

Personale accogliente, sempre sorridente e disponibile! La ragazza mora della reception (non ricordo il nome) è davvero super simpatica e gentile, stanza essenziale con letto comodo, cuscini comodi, biancheria pulita, frighetto, scrivania, comodini, aria condizionata. Colazione ben rifornita. Posizione ottima. Connessione Wi-Fi buona, ottimi piatti nel ristorante sottostante

Cons:

La doccia era un po piccolina, ascensore molto traballante, non c’era kit di cotton fioc/dischetto cotone, phon quello da muro che non asciuga granché. Nella colazione avrei aggiunto qualche frutto in più oltre ad anguria e mele
