Location waa good

Cons:

Forced to pay $12 to park in the Hilton lot? No free parking even though I was staying there. Hallway on our floor was FILTHY, big black streaks every where from maid carts. Bathtub had big rusty water stains which made it look dirty. $200+ a night for this? 2 atarsat best

Staff courteous, professional and timely. Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Cleanliness of room and whole facility in general. Gym open 24 hour/day. Gym very clean and supplied with sanitizer and towels and water station.

Cons:

Wish had continental breakfast.

Very disappointed in Hilton quality lately. Stayed in the one in Abilene and now the one in Shreveport and will never bo

Close to the convention center

Cons:

Paid for a two queen bedroom after waiting in line for 35 minutes. Received a one queen bedroom. Went back downstairs to wait in line again to get the room situation figured out. Bathroom was very dirty the floor, the toilet and the bathtub. Lots of hair on the floor and on the toilet as well.

Check in was easy. The parking garage was close to the hotel. Food at the on site restaurant was good.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned on Friday. We had to ask for clean towels to be brought up. The trash can was extremely small and running over. The ice maker was broken on the 4th floor so we had to make several trips to the 3rd floor for ice. The shampoo/conditioner in the shower was empty until Sat. I reported the empty shower supplies and ice machine issue to the front desk on Friday morning.

The pool was more like a kiddie pool. 3' deep and very small for a hotel that expensive and of that size. Everyone (adults) at the pool complained about it.
