I would recommend to anyone
Pros:

The room and the bathroom is great.

Could spend hours everyday at their Spa.

Service at the bar is exceptional.

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed when we specifically had booked a room with bathtub and street view but when we turned up we were given a small room with a shower. We had to go back to reception to clear this up, but then we were given a choice of two rooms which weren’t quite what we booked.

Pleasant, but not extraordinary.

Location ideal. Spa lovely and unusual. Nice decor in public areas.

Cons:

Room "ok" but not extraordinary for 5 star. Staff very nice except for the lady on departure morning reception, who was rude and snappy. Disappointing. Street noise will keep you awake.
