Pros:

La struttura oltre ad essere davvero molto bella è ben curata. Camilla ha curato tutto al momento del nostro arrivo. Gentilissima e super a disposizione.
Le camere sono davvero molto belle e la posizione è davvero ottimale.

Pros:

Hotel eccezionale, nulla da invidiare ai 4 stelle, anzi non capisco perché ne abbia solo 3.
Ma ciò che davvero fa la differenza è il personale , a partire dalle pulizie allo staff in reception , in particolare Eleonora che sin da subito è stata gentilissima e disponibile! Ci hanno contattati prima dell’arrivo per velocizzare il check in, cosa molto comoda per velocizzare il tutto, mentre dopo al check out avevamo dimenticato delle cose e ci hanno contattati per restituircele, essendo ancora in zona siamo andati a recuperarle e avendo una bambina piccola era quasi ora di cena Eleonora ci ha fatti accomodare nella saletta permettendoci di usufruire dei servizi come il microonde e far cenare la mia bimba. Grazie mille! ❤️
