Prima Kurzurlaub!
Pros:

Für unseren kurz Aufenthalt war es eine sehr gute Wahl. sehr freundliches Personal das auch deutsch spricht. Gutes Frühstück, tisch für 11 Perso war kein Problem. kleiner sauberer Pool mit kleiner Bar. Alles was man sonst noch benötigt, war in unmittelbarer nähe erreichbar.

Bardzo fajny hotel, pokój dobrze urządzony i czysty, świetne śniadania i obiadokolacje, miły personel, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ogólnie polecam :)

Cons:

- Ściany to tragedia, zbyt cienkie. Przez imprezujących Niemców budziliśmy się kilka razy w nocy, nie jest to oczywiście wina hotelu, a gości którzy nie umieją się zachować (krzyki i imprezowanie na korytarzu o 2-4 w nocy)
- Przydałby się czajnik w pokoju

Das Hotel hat 3* aber meiner Meinung nach ist es 3*+.
Die Lobby ist sehr gut eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich, der Pool ist groß genug und sauber mit einer nahgelegenen Poolbar und man hat sogar einen kleinen Whirlpool. Das Bett und die Zimmer waren ganz gut.

Ich hab zusätzlich vor Ort Halbpension gebucht. Die Uhrzeiten fürs Abendessen sind sehr gut und das Abendessen für den Preis ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man hat ein Buffet und die Speisen sind sehr lecker. Auch die Auswahl ist vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis Top. Man muss nur die Getränke dort extra bezahlen, was vollkommen ok ist.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig 25min vom Megapark entfernt, was aber ok ist. Der Strand Playa S' Arenal ist sauber und man kann lange ins Wasser gehen ohne das es direkt abfällt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt 1 kleiner Kühlschrank und im Saunabereich fehlen Kleiderhacken.

Wer ein günstiges Hotel etwas abseits der Partymeile sucht und keine allzu hohen Ansprüche hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, was vermutlich an der Saison lag. Ein Fenster konnte man leider nicht kippen, man konnte nur die Balkontür komplett öffnen. Der Abfluss roch durchgehend sehr stark und unangenehm, sodass wir ihn selbst abdecken mussten. Außerdem bestanden die Bettdecken nur aus sehr dünnen Laken, die Betten waren allgemein sehr einfach und eine Minibar gab es nicht. Der Safe war zudem nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, aber bei einigen Dingen wäre eine Verbesserung wünschenswert.
