Comfortable rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. A huge plus was having a proper bathtub instead of just a shower cabin. Would definitely recommend!

Cons:

The AC in our first room wasn't working. However, after a few attempts to fix it, the staff kindly moved us to a different room. In the end, everything was resolved perfectly!

Bardzo dobre śniadania, czysto, spokojnie, cicho. Bardzo podoba mi się opcja saturatora zamiast wody butelkowanej.

Cons:

Przy rezerwacji nie rzuciła mi się w oczy informacja o płatnym parkingu, co mnie trochę zaskoczyło przy płaceniu. Sam parking ok, sporo miejsca, luźno.

Stosunkowo czysty hotel, żelazko z deską w pokoju, więc nie trzeba nigdzie latać i się prosić. Rudymentalna sala do ćwiczeń. Super miły i pomocny personel!!!

Cons:

Warto dodać choćby drążek do podciągania w pokoju do ćwiczeń. Hotel położony jest przy ruchliwej ulicy, Mc Donaldzie i stacji benzynowej. Niby blisko na Piotrkowską, ale raczej w środku niczego. Słaby stosunek jakości do ceny.

Pros:

Uwielbiamy co roku w Łodzi zatrzymywać się w tym hotelu, a najbardziej kochamy w nim śniadania. Jestem w stanie powiedzieć, że nigdy nie jadłem tak dobrych śniadań jak w tym hotelu, byliśmy tam już 3 razy i za każdym razem śniadanie było doskonałe. Hotel jest czysty, obsługa dba o gości i jak ktoś ma jakieś pytania, to chętnie na nie odpowiadają. Polecamy co roku ten hotel naszym znajomym, w tym roku, przyprowadziliśmy dwójkę znajomych, a za rok szykuje się, że będzie ich jeszcze więcej
