Honestly there are many good things worth mentioning, the location, staff, the security, their professionalism dealing with the customers, the way they seek the customers satisfaction, the outdoor facilities, they take complaints seriously and work on fixing the issues, and the flexibility of the staff is amazing especially on the front desk and shout out to Mr. Donald and Ms. Sakshi for their high level of professionalism and concern.
The room wasn't like we booked for as double bed and the TV had some technical issues and the technician failed to report it to the front desk , however when a complain was mad we were removed to a better room and received few complimentary options to choose from and we chose a late free check out around 7pm.
Everything and the flexibility of the staff is unbeatable.. came for a day, ended up extended it to 3 more days.
I think the swimming pool can use more extra filtering due to the continuous coming gusts. And this is a humble personal opinion not professional.
Everything, literally and the flexibility of the staff is remarkable which I would like to send my deep appreciation to Mr. Donald and Ms. Sashi for their warm welcome, and high level of professionalism. Make us proud to see such level in our beloved country.
Not didn't like, but since the outdoor swimming pool is crowded and considered the fun gathering spot. The water can use more filtering and continuous assistance.
