No regrets. Great location in the city.
Pros:

Central to a great part of Naples. Lovely building with character and history.

Cons:

Street facing window comes with some associated noise from the street from late night passers (not much cars or traffic though). Superior room had balcony, very small, no chairs to sit out to enjoy the cooler evenings/mornings.

Top Lage und absolut ruhig (ab 0800 Frühstück klar hörbar, aber kein Nachtlärm, was in Neapel top ist)

Dissapointing, we left a day early and they refused to refund.

Nice place in wondeful location
Pros:

Location is wondeful — a pedestrian trade street, with many shops and cafes. Metro, beach, royal palace and good restaurant neighborhood are just near.

Rooms are nice. Hotel building is unusual, in a nice way.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty simple and boring.
