Pros:

Freundliches und kompetentes Personal, solides Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauberes Zimmer, zentrale Lage, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bestens erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!!

Cons:

Die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten mangelhaft, sie mussten in der Rezeption immer wieder neu adjustiert werden.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, im Zentrum von Graz. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichlich und sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten unsere Zimmer auf den Platz und es war sehr laut, mit offenem Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen.
Mit geschlossenem Fenster war es aber viel zu heiß.

Hotel très vieillot. À l’arrivée la personne à l’accueil était très froide. Chambre sale en dessous du lit… pas d’eau dans la chambre. On s’attend à autre chose pour un hotel de ce standing…parking payant…
