Pros:

Kind and helpful stuff, facilities ok, very good location. Big room, pet friendly hotel.

Cons:

Too expensive. Nothing special that could justify such high price. Parking spots way too narrow, but at least the day ticket covers 24h.

Sehr zentral gelegenes, hundefreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit perfekter, zentraler Lage. Hundebesitzer sind hier willkommen, und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles bestens organisiert. Klare Empfehlung!

Total zufrieden. Werde wieder buchen, beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Graz

Gutes, appetitliches vielseitiges Frühstücks-Buffet.
Lage sehr günstig in Zentrumsnähe, doch ruhig, mit viel Grün.
Zimmer komfortabel, modern, ansprechend möbliert und ausgestattet.

Pros:

Pretty close to old town, by foot.
Public transportation nearby, we used it for moving across town, well connected location.
Parking garage available with direct connection to the hotel.
Comfy bed.
Mini fridge with complimentary beverages.
The reception personnel was nice.

Cons:

A tad more care to cleaning the room would have been nice.
The toilet was not cleaned properly, there was toilet paper in it when we arrived, the water hadn’t been flushed. The refrigerator wasn’t checked, a bottle of water was open and mostly drank from probably by previous room occupants, and not replaced before arrival.
The room lacked a bottle opener.
