The location was great—at least for me. I also slept really well thanks to the very comfortable beds and the air conditioning, which was quiet enough not to disturb my sleep.
Even though I arrived quite late, the bar was still open, offering a good variety of fresh food to choose from.
Perhaps it’s a matter of personal preference, but I found the furniture to feel quite old and outdated. The room amenities also seemed more limited compared to what I’ve experienced in other hotels at a similar level in different countries.
Additionally, the QR code for the Pullman Assistant was not functioning during my stay, which was inconvenient. The minibar offered a rather limited selection of beverages, although I did appreciate the quality of the tea provided.
I also found it less convenient that an iron and ironing board were only available upon request, as in many hotels these are typically provided directly in the room.
Upon arrival, I had a disappointing experience as well. I waited for several minutes in front of the hotel expecting some guidance regarding parking or at least a greeting, but no one approached me. I eventually had to leave my car and enter the hotel myself, where, despite several staff members being present, no one offered assistance with my luggage. When I finally asked for help with parking directions, there seemed to be some confusion, and someone had to go and find another staff member to assist.
