Good hotel
Pros:

Was quite good. They had extra pillows and good toiletries.

Cons:

I wish the shower could be more covered so when you take a shower you don’t make too much water outside it

Pullman hotel was very good, enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, rooms are big and clean. 5 min walk from Hirastrau park.

Cons:

My booking included breakfast, and the food was very good. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the service.

I like to have my coffee before breakfast, so I asked one of the female staff members for a paper cup. She told me that they did not have any paper cups available. The next day, I saw another guest ask for a paper cup, and another staff member gave him one immediately.

This was disappointing because I had been clearly told that paper cups were not available. The breakfast itself was very good, but I believe the service should be consistent and the same information should be given to all guests.
