I would stay here again, especially for the price paid. Overall I was happy with my stay here.
Pros:

My girlfriend arrived before check-in & was able to drop her bags off. Once the room was ready the staff had already moved her bags into the room for us. Everyone was very friendly.

Cons:

Once I arrived between midnight and 1am I had to wait in the lobby for almost 10 minutes until someone came to the front desk to check me in.

I might stay here again, location was good, convenient but my hubby and I could have used a little more room. The noise
Pros:

The location was great, easy walk to GCS, Empire State, longer walks to Broadway/ Times Square but certainly doable. The rooms are TINY but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

There was construction going on in the hotel which has a very narrow entranceway. There is a restaurant advertised but maybe there was before the Starbucks moved in the space??It is not quiet within the hotel, you hear every door slamming shut, people talking etc. Hallways are very narrow.Tried calling the hotel for 3 days before arriving, found out that their phone lines were down and sometimes their internet because of the construction. I wish they would have had a temporary disclaimer on their website.

Não gostei de uma série de fatores.
Quando fui fazer o check-in já eram 00h e o facto de chegar e deparar com as obras logo na entrada causou logo má impressão e para ajudar negativamente o atendimento da pessoa que nos recebeu foi péssimo. Antipático, não explicou relativamente nada em relação à estadia, pediu-nos o cartão bancário, ele próprio fez o pagamento sem a nossa autorização e sem dizer primeiramente a quantia, falta de civismo e empatia pelo cliente. Tivemos de questionar e só assim explicou o pagamento depois de já estar feito.
Em relação ao quarto, a limpeza podia ser melhor. A cama desconfortável. O barulho da rua era miserável, ouvia-se tudo, sem isolamento.

Pros:

El servicio fue muy bueno por parte de todo el personal en todo momento, la habitacion comoda con buenas vistas y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en obras y se hacia muy molesto, no habia servicios extra en el hotel más que las habitaciones y el ascensor tardaba mucho en subir y bajar.

Pros:

Location is super. Shopping and food very convenient. Train subway is near to the hotel too

Cons:

The toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is very near to the wall, so need to sit sideway. The room key is always faulty

Herkes çok yardım severdi. Konumu çok ama çok iyi. Metroya veya turistik gezmek istediğiniz bir çok yere çok yakın. Gün içinde yorulursanız veya alışveriş yaptıktan sonra rahatlıkla ulaşabiliceğiniz bir konumda. Normalde asla bu tarz yorum yazmam ama çalışanların hepsi bana o kadar samimi ve yardımsever geldiki bu survey’i tamamlamak istedim.

Cons:

Beğenmemekten çok odalar ufak ama konumu ve fiyatına göre gayet iyi bir otel. İşinizi karşılıyor. Çok bavulum olmasına rağmen rahatlıkla odaya sığdım.
