No YouTube on tv
We asked to check in late so the hotel staff left our room key with the bar staff. They were very nice and Informative. Would recommend this place to friends & family in future 💯 thank you for a smooth transaction and we look forward to future stays at your establishment
My park was taken by another patron so we had to park in the disabled carpark.

TV connection faulty so could not use TV. Reported when we left - Room 24
Very slow to receive breakfast - over half an hour for simple smashed avocado.
The staff were amazing, especially the Restaurant Manager Abraham. Very attentive & excellent customer service. The food was delicious!
The tv was quite small in our room.

We had both breakfast and dinner here and both times they were absolutely amazing. If you're staying make sure to try the food. Plenty of parking close to the rooms. Staff were nice and always available when we went to reception.
The shower cubicle in our room didn't have a door on it so you had to be careful how you moved so as not to soak the bathroom floor. Also the toilet roll holder doesn't have an end on it to stop the roll from falling off. Bit of a strange issue but both me and my partner knocked it off the holder multiple times
