Pros:

Bed was comfy and shower was warm

Cons:

Receptionist had no people skills and from my taking a little arrogant - nothing like our previous visit here and interactions with a different staff member, internals of fridge were broken and you could not a bottle up in the door - whole room needed updating as old and tired
And to be honest you should get more for the money they charge you.

Cons:

The food was horrible., e.g., they served us overly burnt eggs and toast.
The images of the resort on the internet do not match the real thing. Poor garden maintenance.

Cons:

Could provide a facility area to access during after hours for facilities like Microwave ovens as they were not provided in rooms.
Fixed shower head in the shower area was loose and kept falling, hand showers would be better.
