Room, view, food
Time it took to order in restaurant... way too long!!!
The location of the hotel was beautiful right at the sea front facing on to the mountains and Conwy castle. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and showed that they were always willing to help with anything. All the hotel facilites were very clean upto date and affordable, the room was a good size with plenty of storage and again very clean my room had a private sitting area facing on to the hotel gardens which was peaceful and beautiful.
The holtel location was close to all main roads and motorways for easy travelling to different locations.
Overall the hotel and its staff was fantastic and i would recommend it to everyone who is visiting North Wales.
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel that i can recall.

The staff were attentive, pleasant, professional and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern, clean and spacious. The spa was better than expected with a large pool and superb facilities. The water was checked regularly. It was nice to relax there at the end of the day.
The hotel is well positioned on the Marina with superb views over the estuary towards the castle and out to sea. It’s a nice walk in to Conwy one way and to the beach in the other direction.

Very good bar food and restaurant is an opportunity to enjoy a quality eating experience for any occasion.

Limited use of the swimming pool
Room size & hotel location
Poor staff and attention to detail in relation to cost. Breakfast service poor and room attendance well below average. Towels removed from bathroom and not replaced, had to request new towels & coffee cups/supplies not cleaned or replaced for second day of stay.

Courtyard and harbour view was good. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and very quick service. Big bright clean room. Great views from bar area.
Shower in the bath was a little tight. Would have preferred just a big shower.
