The location of this Hotel is fantastic with Amazing views on the front and of Conway Castle. The staff are very friendly throughout. We eat there in the evening and the food was delicious and lovely views from the restaurant bar. Breakfast was lovely to and really good choice. Would definitely recommend and return if in that area again.
The spa facilities were amazing too and all looks quite new. Great for relaxing

You cannot fault the hotel staff. Always friendly and happy to help. The view is amazing too. Breakfast is good and served very quickly. Rooms are very clean. They are cleaned every day, which is great.
It wasn't mentioned prior to booking that the free Spa access is only from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm, and from 5:15 pm to 9:00 pm. It didn't seem like good value for the money we paid. If we wanted to attend it during the day, we were asked to pay £25 per person. This information is sent to everyone once the rooms are booked! Not before. Also, breakfast time had to be pre-booked, so with these rules, there was no chance for a lie-in. There was no AC in the room, which we were aware of, but the fan was so noisy that we had to choose between not sleeping and sleeping in a very hot room.

The room was a little disappointing as we had paid extra for an estuary view and the window was small.
There is no air conditioning. This was particularly uncomfortable because we stayed during a spell of hot weather.
Breakfast was great with Continental and order as you wish . Room was clean , no air con but we were able to leave our sliding door ajar . Comfortable bed .
We had a wifi booster on our ceiling which went flashing blue on both nights . First night , it stopped after 5 minutes , however second night it went flashing blue for 20 mins . Rang Reception at 3am who came to inspect, and it stopped . He advised it was an Internet Booster on the ceiling . Spoke to management again the next morning , but no one actually got back to us about the inconvenience of it waking us , and also our concern to what it was - we had no idea what it was ! We still did enjoy the Hotel though … just a shame no one addressed our concerns whilst there .
Because of the extremely hot weather the hotel upgraded us to a cooler room which had a balcony. They phoned and told us. All the staff at hotel were amazing and really friendly. The food we had for dinner and breakfast was lovely.
The spa was also great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were a little off, from a cold, borderline rude woman on reception at check in, to a woefully inexperienced waiter for our evening meal.
