Lovely hotel for a short break.
Pros:

Lovely ,spacious room,big bed,nice bathroom. We like the fact that it is really quiet. We come here every year for a short break and it is always very good. We will go back next year again.

Super Hotel mit toller Lage und einer guten Küche.
Pros:

Fantastisches Hotel, sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen, toller Lage. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Snowdonia genieal. Die Küche ist sehr gut, man kann sehr schöne die Lage genießen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sehr sauber und auch ruhig. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir schon wieder gebucht haben.

Pros:

Staff and food

Cons:

The fact your are now charged for use of the pool and gym etc £50 a couple peak times when you already pay premium for the pleasure of staying at a hotel that offers these facilities as selling points.
The spa experience was well below par, I have used it before and this time I was disappointed to say the least! Was not offered a drink, was left sat in the waiting area for at least 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff passing by just ignoring me, minimal discussion before the treatment, room freezing , music so low you could not hear it and not at all soothing, therapist did not speak at all through the treatment so I was unaware of each process, products felt heavy on my skin and not nourishing like I asked for.
