Pros:

Night shift receptionist was very nice and helpful. Pool was an asset. Breakfast was quite complete and ok.

Cons:

The restaurant was not great. Food quality was very average and the prizes were not. However, there was an excellent option just in front of the property.
The waiter, who saw us every day, was not very kind.

Merveilleux séjour
Pros:

Le bâtiment est très beau, extérieur et intérieur, il est situé dans un merveilleux domaine, le parking avec bornes (x6) de recharge pour les voitures électriques est un vrai plus, le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est extra

Notre lit était un peu trop ferme mais, cela dépend de chacun.

Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen. Der Aufenthalt dort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden das Hot

Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden etwas dabei, das Hotel die Anlage und auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, es wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt und sauber gemacht und die Betten gemacht, es gab ausreichende Parkplätze, das Hotel ist relativ gut gelegen man kommt überall schnell hin, ob an den Gardasee, zu Restaurants, Supermärkten, Tankstellen, Bankautomaten, etc.. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das die Minibar nicht richtig gekühlt hat, es kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer gab, dass man Eier speisen beziehungsweise ein Omelette oder ein Spiegelei nur mit Aufpreis bei dem Frühstück bekam und das es keinen großen Spiegel gab, außer der im Badezimmer.

Zimmer enttäuschend, ansonsten alles gut.
Pros:

Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn, Architektur des Hauses, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen, sehr ordentliche Betten, Frühstück auf der Terrasse

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war fensterlos. Es gab eine Türe zu einem im Freien liegenden Gang.
