Great location, lovely old colonial building and a fantastic breakfast
Air conditioning needed in the reception and corridors plus air con room for breakfast- the humidity in the public spaces and breakfast was too much

Breakfast was simple but delicious, adn the bread was super fresh and light. The staff did everything they could to make the stay as enjoyable as possible
The location was convenient, and the indoor pool looked lovely, but we didnt use it
Whiel Im sure it was safe, the narrow open staircase - timber treads on metal runners - from the 2nd floor to our room on the 3rd floor was a little disconcerting, and not the easiest to manouvre with suitcases on departure
The room was very small, so dont take a lot of luggage or there is nowhere to put it
The plumbing in the shower was difficult to keep at a consistent temp - it was either cold or very hot

Loved the position. Easy walking to main night life, river walks and markets. Staff made the stay pleasant as nothing was to much for them, always happy and friendly

Shower pressure and temperature was inconsistent, pool had no shade sail so not useable most of the day, food wasn't great (apart from breakfast).
Magnificent 125 year old building maintained to a superb quality, very elegant and relaxing environment.

Took some time to get anyone to take an order next to the pool.
Bel immeuble, bon petit déjeuner, bien situé, bonne grandeur de chambre, salle de bain confortable.
Cet immeuble nécessite un rafraîchissement. Le tiroir de la table de chevet de la chambre était brisé, les côtés du tiroir étaient brisés et on ne pouvait rien y ranger. Les fenêtres étaient embués malgré l’arrêt de la climatisation. On permet encore aux gens de fumer dans le corridor, ça sentait la cigarette parfois dans la chambre, odeur de moisie lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre. Lit dur. Un soir nos voisins de chambres ont fait jouer de la musique très fort. Il était 23:30. Il a fallu 2 interventions auprès de la réception. Mais le problème s’est résolu ensuite.
