Bon séjour mais la clim est a remplacer ( bruit)
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner complet. Possibilité de le prendre en terrasse le long de la Loire.

Charmante escale à Saumur
Pros:

Accuel chaleureux et professionnel
Disponibilité du personnel avec notamment un barman très au point et passionnant à écouter dans ses conseils
Belle chambre à la décoration simple et élégante
Très belle situation géographique avec splendide vue sur les différents monuments de la ville, emplacement très calme
Petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Salle d'eau ridiculement petite , avec toilettes non séparées
Pas de saumon fumé au buffet du petit déjeuner, et viennoiseries assez quelconques ( compte-tenu du tarif c'est plutôt moyen)

zeer mooi verblijf in een meer dan degelijk hotel

locatie is top , hadden kamer aan de rivierzijde en zicht op het kasteel en de brug . ligging top, op loopafstand van het centrum . parkeren vlakbij hotel op privaatparking gratis . kamer en badkamer ruim en heel netjes , ijskast en koffie en thee op de kamer voorzien . het ontbijt bij mercure hotels is zeer uitgebreid en zeer lekker ,net zoals de verse koffie .

Very polite, helpful staff. No fridge in bedroom. Hair dryer didn’t work. Comfortable bed. Air con good and needed.

Great location for a few days in Saumur.
Pros:

The location was perfect and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace twice. Loved the views over the river and the ease of walking everywhere. Our room had a fabulous view.

Cons:

The lack of communication which meant that we were locked out on the second evening after coming back from dinner. Luckily a couple heading to the lift saw us and let us in.

In spite of view will book elsewhere next time
Pros:

Excellent situation and amazing view over river.

Cons:

Have stayed here four or five times before and preferred the previous layout of restaurant and selection at breakfast not as good. Also price greatly increased!

La lumière agressive aussi bien dans la chambre (pas de lumière d'appoint au niveau du lit,obligée de débrancher la lampe sur le coin bureau et de l'apporter sur la table de nuit. ainsi que dans la SDB ,pas de lumière douce., pas top.
