Dorint Hotel in guter Lage - aber auch in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt natürlich sehr gut fußläufig zum Stadion. Trotz Zimmer zur mehrspurigen Straße konnte man durch dir schallisolierten Fenster gut schlafen. Aber eben nicht mit offenen Fenstern. Frühstück war okay, alles da, was man braucht. Ich hatte zum Glück ein Zimmer mit Dusche (angeblich war hierfür ein Upgrade erforderlich).

Cons:

Das Dorint Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Merkt man zum einen, dass es noch genügend Zimmer mit Badewannen gibt und auch das Mobiliar im Frühstücksraum könnte mal eine dringende "Auffrischung" vertragen. Was mich genervt hat, ich wurde mehrfach mit falschem Geschlecht angeschrieben, obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen hatte. Das empfinde ich als leider schlechten "Service".

Cons:

Das Hotel war gut, leider war es draußen sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht. Auch nach Anruf in der Rezeption um 23.00Uhr wurde es nicht leiser. Niemand hat sich gekümmert trotz Aufforderung .
Übrigens war ich nicht der einzige der sich beschwert hat wie sich in der Messehalle später herausstellte,

Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes und ruhig gelegenes Doppelzimmer mit insgesamt nur kurzen Wegen sowohl innerhalb des Hotels als auch zum benachbarten Messegelände/BVB-Stadion! Tolles und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet und rundum freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!

Cons:

Obwohl im Zimmer alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und von der Ausstattung her wirklich sehr gut war, wirkten Teppichboden und Bettumrandung doch schon eher renovierungsbedürftig. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel insgesamt wirklich nur empfehlen!!

Tiefgarage entgegen Internetseite trotz voller Bezahlung nur bis zum checkout nutzbar. Versprochen waren 24 std. in der Nähe kaum Alternativen zum parken.
