Sehr gut mit einem kleinen Wermutstropfen
Pros:

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Westfalenhalle ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Ein gelungener Start in den Tag!

Cons:

Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es für mich dennoch: Ich hatte versehentlich ein Kleid im Kleiderschrank meines Zimmers vergessen. Natürlich ist das mein eigenes Versehen, und ich möchte niemandem einen Vorwurf machen. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde sehr freundlich reagiert, wofür ich mich bedanke. Umso mehr hat es mich jedoch enttäuscht, dass das Kleid nicht wieder aufgetaucht ist. Gerade bei einem so renommierten Hotel hätte ich erwartet, dass vergessene Gegenstände beim Reinigen der Zimmer gefunden gemeldet werden. Das hat bei mir leider den guten Eindruck geschmälert.

Parken in der Umgebung ist schwierig, Kurzzeitgäste dürfen nicht in die Garage. Klimaanlage war aus bis 2:30

Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir kamen um 10 Uhr und der Aufschnitt war leider sehr geplündert und nicht mehr ansprechend. Die Brötchen waren sehr Pappe artig.
Für 17€ pro Person darf das nicht sein.

Prima voor bezoek aan de Messe naast de deur.
Pros:

Inchecken en parkeren ging snel, ruime kamer. Ligt dicht bij de Messe, Arena en Halle dus prima voor een concert, wedstrijd of beurs.
Kamer is koel en buiten is het rustig.

Cons:

In de ochtend stond om 8 uur de schoonmaakster op de deur te kloppen, deed direct de deur open en weer dicht toen ze mij zag staan.
Bedden zijn wat zacht net als de kleine kussens op bed.
