I liked that it was a simple transaction and friendly staff.
I liked everything. There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
Near the airport, away from noisy strip. Strategically located
The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful. If they don’t know the answer to a question they find someone who does, and I was even given coupons for restaurants! My room was very large, the AC worked well, and there was a balcony. Renting a car and setting up an airport shuttle from the hotel was easy.
The WiFi did not work well. The floors were not very clean. The water pressure in the shower is low, and the temperature did not get hot at all the first two nights, but then improved. The room was very humid overall. My balcony door did not lock.
Kindness
The room was clean and comfortable, also quiet. Its location near the airport was convenient for transit passenger. There are a few shops within walking distance where one can find basic groceries.
Internet was not stable, there were frequent interruptions. The power went out in the room's sockets and the maintenance staff was not quite able to fix the issue. Eventually I found it was a faulty socket that tripped the security device. There seem to be a need for a better scrutiny of the electrical appliance, as one bulb in the toilet was not working, and one of the bed lamps was not working (switch damaged). Overall, the hotel is overpriced given the level of quality they offer. But Guam seems to be overpriced in all respects
Wasn't able to try the breakfast due to an early flight, maybe in the future if breakfast services are from like 5am - 9am I think there'd be more good feedback.
Wished there was more rugs around because the room is cold, after a shower even with the AC off the room is still cold and since we're wet it's best to have a rug at most entrances or near the beds to help us warm up a bit. WIFI/TV wasn't working as well so weren't able to

Check-in is quite late 15:00 following the trend. However the fee for an early check-in is too expensive, I guess 55 $
The hot breakfast was tasty, fast, and the staff were friendly. They had music playing, which was nice. The room was spacious and the chairs were comfortable.
The milk sitting out on the counter for the continental breakfast wasnt kept in ice and had bugs floating in it. That alone had me concerned about food temperature safety and how things are being stored in the kitchens.
