When I told the staff memeber about my first room was dirty they gladly wanted to make it up to me and gave me a better clean room. And I was refunded since I didn't not to stay a whole 10 days like planned.
The rooms smelled like smoke and the first hotel room had stuff and spots on the bed. I even saw and smelled mold. Breakfast free was not excluded anymore. I wish they took that down but that was said after I swiped my card

Very basic hotel but cleanliness was good. It's also quiet. Nearby airport...the area is an industrial zone with very few shop and venue. One food court nearby, one pizza joint
It's quite expansive for a basic transit hotel, without lounge/ restaurant or any thing that could make your stay pleasant
I don't like how the front desk receptionist handle customer service. Upon checking in my keycard for the room was not working, I had to go back downstairs and request for assistance after a long tireing flight, in my openion the staff forgot to unlock or register the key prior to my arrival/checking in. Another staff was not being polite about the policy of having a 2nd guest, she should've handled it professionaly.

Kindness
The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful. If they don’t know the answer to a question they find someone who does, and I was even given coupons for restaurants! My room was very large, the AC worked well, and there was a balcony. Renting a car and setting up an airport shuttle from the hotel was easy.
The WiFi did not work well. The floors were not very clean. The water pressure in the shower is low, and the temperature did not get hot at all the first two nights, but then improved. The room was very humid overall. My balcony door did not lock.
