A lovely surprise on las canteras.
Pros:

The bed was ever so comfortable and the view from room 709 fantastic 👍🏼. Great to fall asleep to the sound of the sea. Great staff.

Cons:

Mini fridge was not cold enough and the shower easily overflowing.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer Zeit für etwas Smalltalk. Sehr nett! Zimmer mit großartiger Aussicht über Las Canteras! Top Lage!

Cons:

Für ein Doppelzimmer fehlt ein Kasten bzw. mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein (großer) Spiegel im Zimmer. Das Fühstücksbüffet könnte etwas Reichhaltiger sein. Jammern auf hohen Niveau!

Posizione eccezionale
Pros:

Struttura bella, pulizia eccezionale che veniva fatta ogni giorno. Bello perché di fronte c era sia la spiaggia che la strada per fare il giro la sera.
E alle spalle c era la città da visitare, bella proprio!

Cons:

Si mangiava bene sia la colazione ( però sempre le stesse cose) che la cena, soltanto che ti facevano aspettare un sacco di tempo. Una sera che volevamo mangiare veloce ed andare a Città Vecchia, c’abbiamo messo 2 ore a mangiare anche se il personale non mancava.

Habitación pequeña, pero muy cómoda para una estancia de un par de días con Bebé
Pros:

Excelente cuidado al cliente.
Fuimos con nuestro bebé de 1 año y tuvieron muchos detalles que marcaron la diferencia, un kit especial para el bebe además de todas las comodidades para poder descansar.

Cons:

La falta de una zona de aparcamiento para poder descargar y cargar las maletas en el coche.

Repetiremos !
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, pero sobretodo la atención del personal de recepción. Son atentas, educadas y muy cercanas . Me prestaron hasta un cargador para el móvil, otra chica me estuvo ayudando a sacar las maletas .
Y Marieta un encanto de persona .

Cons:

Quizás que no tenga un carga y descarga para hacer la entrada y la salida . Hay una parada grande de taxis, pero son cero cordiales y aún avisando que lo dejas 2 minutos llaman a la policía.
