I wasn’t happy with my stay at all, I was ready to go home.
Pros:

I liked the distance from down town was about 15-20 minutes.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to keep getting new keys every day for my room for 4 days, I didn’t like that we had to change rooms as soon as we got there because our first room door was jammed, I didn’t like that room service never cleaned my room even after asking them too, I didn’t like the hot tub was never granted because it wasn’t up to state standards, I didn’t like the “ pool “ towels aren’t actually towels they are hand towels, I didn’t like that my tv wasn’t working the whole time I was there for 4 days and I had 3 different people in my room and they never fixed it, I didn’t like most of the staffs demeanor, I didn’t like the staining on almost everything in our room.

Not good for a long time stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice (waffle maker did not work properly) Coffee all day was perfect.
The beds were comfortable and the housekeepers were amazing. They cleaned and replenished our rooms almost everyday.
Location was a little difficult at first, but once we arrived it was perfect. Close to highway and other restaurants. Pool was nice, but hot tub was closed. Having separate pool towels was plus. Gym was simple, but just what we needed.

Cons:

THE front desk STAFF was horrible. The first night we checked in, we could not get into the hotel. The doors were locked and we kept calling the front desk, Finally a customer came out and let us in and the front desk lady came to the front desk. She was extremely rude and stated that she locks the doors at 9pm. She kept telling we should have called first, which we did. We had multiple interactions with the front desk staff and majority of them were rude. I wish the front desk staff was as nice as the housekeeping staff.
The elevator (only one) was working. It was extremely slow and they had the emergency key inserted, which extremely unsafe.

For the most part the hotel served a good purpose for us.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly

Cons:

Only one elevator was working and there was no ventilation in there. It was very hot in the elevator as a result. The elevators also needed mopping b/c it was dirty and sticky on the inside. High traffic areas definitely needs to be cleaned more frequently.
