Excessively warm public areas (lobby and hallways). Elevator was even hotter. Stayed in the room and did not enjoy being able to “lounge” in the lobby area.
Yes I know it was an unusually hot weekend however this was not the case everywhere we visited so it is a temperature setting issue.
Hard water which is inexcusable.
Breakfast was good however a selection of corn beef hash (watery), which already had potatoes and a separate selection of country potatoes was redundant. A better choice would have been a separate protein selection.
Only two USB ports available in the room. One located in the night stand clock and a second on a table top lamp, which was not working. Become an issue when you have two mobile devices to charge at the same time.
Staff was EXCELLENT from arrival to departure.

Best Western Plus
Pros:

Beds and towels were nice and changed daily while there. Staff was pleasant. Continental brakfast was kept up and dining area was nice.

Cons:

The elevator was always hot. Hallways need refreshing somehow. Plus breakfast though nice, could use some gravy to round it out.
