DEPOSIT :
Hotel require the refundable incidental deposit at THB 1,000.- per room per night upon arrival (THB 2,000.- per room per night for 2-Bedrooms Suite and THB 3,000.-per room per nights for 3-Bedrooms Suite. The maximum is THB 15,000.- per room will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14-20 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
CHECK IN POLICY :
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
- Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking-in at the hotel. Cardholder name must also match with guest’s identification document or guest may be asked to pay with alternative method.
- The cancelation on the check in date or early departure will be charged total amount of booking as penalty.
CHILD and BED POLICY :
The existing bed policies for child : One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child aged between 4 - 11 years is charged THB 400 per night for Breakfast when using existing beds. The maximum number of children that can stay free when using existing bedding is 1, and it does not include breakfast. ===
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
OTHER POLICY :
Hotel did not provide liquor for sales. Anyhow, hotel allow guests to purchase and consume alcohol at their own convenience on the hotel premises.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING : the payment should pay after making the reservation is required by Payment Gateway. The property will contact you after you book. The payment fail will be release the booking as invalid credit card.
The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) will be conducting high-voltage electrical system maintenance in the vicinity of the hotel on 1 March 2026. For safety reasons, the hotel’s electricity supply will be temporarily shut down according to the schedule below:
• Electricity shutdown: 8:00 hrs. – 15:00 hrs.
• Electricity in guest rooms unavailable: 9:00 hrs. – 14:30 hrs.
• Elevator service suspended: 9:00 – 9:30 hrs. and 14:30 – 15:00 hrs. (30 mins)

Very nice Lobby, Good location- very close to BTS and central Embassy mall. Housekeeping is great.
Hotel is very close to the main road. Although I am at 18th floor, the road noise can be loud, especially loud speakers from Tuk Tuk and ambulances siren sounds late nights. If you are a light sleeper, You may want to request the room away from the main road.

الغرف مافيها عازل ل الصوت.. صوت الشارع والسيارات والازعاج كله تسمعه للاسف و الاصوت الي داخل الفندق في الممر كله تسمعه وحتى اذا فتحو او سكرو الباب قريب منك على طول تسمعه..الادوار كلها مفتوحه على بعض واي حد ممكن يتكلم بصوت عالي حتى لو في الدور الي تحتك ممكن تسمعه للاسف...

نظافة الفندق وموقعه وموظفين الفندق وموظفين النظافه جداً ممتازين والجميل إنه المني بار بالكامل من مشروبات غازيه وسناكات مجاناً بشكل يومي يتم تعبئة المني بار للغرفه فعلاً من افضل الفنادق اللي سكنتها في بانكوك 😍

Well located hotel close to the Skytrain and a shopping center offering a number of decent restaurant options. Also able to walk to nearby park. The room a generous size with a good bathroom but could improve the living room and kitchen refer below.
The is a good swimming pool and small pool for children
The small kitchen is useless - only a small microwave, need to get water from the bathroom, there are only two forks and spoons but no knives, a couple of small bowls but no plates. There is a kettle but no toaster. We only wanted to make our breakfast in the room which we could manage OK but not able to self-cater if this is the reason for booking the room.
The furniture in the living space could be improved it is limited to an uncomfortable vinyl couch facing the TV.
We had a 2 rooms apartment. It was well furnished and the apartment was of good size for my family of 5. No claustrophobic feel. Very comfortable unit. After a tiring day outings we look forward to be back in our apartment. The location of this property is excellent! Near to Ploenchit BTS Station and walking distance to Chidlom Central via Embassy Mall. If one is not too lazy and game for walking to see and experience the local sites along the way, one can walk all the way to Central World or Siam Paragon without taking the train as long as you walk along the covered walkway once you are on Ploenchit Station. If you are adventurous you can even divert along the way into other malls or office block without having to come down to the street. Almost covered walk the entire way from hotel to Siam Paragon!
The washer combine with dryer. Hours to complete the entire process yet clothes not dry. Could provide better instruction on how to operate it. The instruction provided does not tally with the model in the room but takes some figuring out.

The only positives to our stay were the balcony in the room (but even that had only one chair) and one member of cleaning staff smiled on the first day when we were leaving our room to go for lunch.
Too many things to list, certainly the worst hotel we’ve stayed in thailand and definitely the worst 5* I’ve ever stayed in.
The main issue is the staff as it is great service that makes a 5* experience - all staff looked extremely grumpy and hardly a smile passed their lips let alone welcome, good morning sir, how are you today etc. Maybe the management must take responsibility here for a very unhappy and unmotivated team. It’s interesting that the string of 1* reviews are all responded to with a general reply and a commitment to do something, yet it’s clear nothing has been done to address the issues as the same problems are repeated - again an indications of very poor management and leadership at the hotel.
We arrived and exited our taxi and placed our heavy bags down assuming one of the 4 concierge would take them on one of the trolleys to the room - no smile, no welcome greeting and the staff ignored my bag and even handed my girlfriend’s bag back to her to carry! Never experienced this before even in lower star properties. They just looked on as if it was not their jobs to take care of customers.
The room lacked basics you’d see in 2 or 3 star properties such as pen, ironing board, only 1 bath towel provided, no smart TV and the breakfast was very poor in both selection and quality (for example the bread for toasting was old and stale). We ordered room service and had to chase after 45 minutes. When it arrived the food was cold and appeared as though it had been sitting around dry and tasteless.
We stayed previously at the sister hotel Centre Point close by - a much nicer hotel for a fraction of the price. It’s a real shame as this hotel and its leadership is damaging what is otherwise a great brand! The hotel group’s
leadership should take swift action to sort out the problems in this hotel and restore good customer experience and the brand reputation for providing excellent hotels.
