Cons:

Очень сильная слышимость в номере. Когда кто-то разговаривает в коридоре кажется что это происходит у тебя в номере. Ещё очень жёсткий матрас и огромные неудобные подушки. Качественно поспать не получается....

Na ons eerste verblijf, teleurstellend!

Ontbijt is top en personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn ruim en heel schoon.

Cons:

We waren hier voor de tweede keer. De eerste keer beviel zo goed, dat we onze reis ook hier hebben afgesloten. De tweede keer viel het tegen. Zijn van kamer moeten wisselen, omdat je de kamer ernaast heel goed hoorde via het airco kanaal, niet handig met een baby. Tweede kamer rook heel erg naar vocht, badkamer deur sloot niet. Wilde graag later uitchecken en ondanks beschikbare kamers, moesten we een volledige nacht bij betalen. Daarnaast werd onze dochter één tijdens ons verblijf en hier werd 0 aandacht aan besteed. Dit hoeft natuurlijk niet, maar het getuigd niet van een goede service of persoonlijke benadering. Wij komen geen derde keer terug!

Pros:

Stayed here previously and came back which tells you all you need to know about the hotel, few minutes away from Benchakiti Park, quite a long walk to main area but hotel provides a shuttle buggy every few minutes so not a problem.

Breakfast is very good, ample choices and large area, room looking over the lake and park is wonderful, will definitely book again in November or December when i return.

Cons:

My only gripe was the tiny ants which were all over the sink and dining area.

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert: große Zimmer, freundliches Personal und direkte Anbindung zum Benjakitti Park und der Hauptstraße Asok mit einem netten Nachtmarkt (SW1). Umgebung am Pool ist einladend, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Aufzug dauert teilweise etwas lange.

Pros:

Sehr gute Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas Hart, aber alles in allem in Ordnung.
Die Mitarbeiter sind etwas zurückhaltend, helfen jedoch sofort bei jedem Anliegen.
Sehr sauber alles, und shuttle zur Hauptstraße Sukhumvit funktioniert einwandfrei.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities. Gym was good enough. Pool was also good enough. Great breakfast. Close to malls and entertainment. Awesome tuktuk service to the main road.

Cons:

Lack of dehumidifier is the main thing that I didn't like as it gets a bit damp. TV was also mediocre as it lagged and was very low resolution.
