10/10 super clean facilities, really helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

It’s situated far enough away from Sukhumvit Rd so it’s quiet, but a very short shuttle ride from all the action.

Cons:

The Staff here are exceptional, very helpful and friendly.
Very clean facilities and have an amazing buffet breakfast option available.

كانت أسوء تجربة لي في تايلاند ولن تتكرر
Pros:

للأسف الفندق خيّب ظني وكان السبب الرئيسي لجعل اجازتنا سيئة في بانكوك

Cons:

ظننته مثل باقي سلسلة فنادق سنتر بوينت الشهيرة يحترمون الضيوف ويقدرونهم ويقومون بمراعاتهم عالاقل.
بداية من تسجيل الدخول الساعه 5:30 مساء الموظف كان بطيئى جدًا ومنشغل بالرد على مكالمات الآخرين وهو يقوم بإجراءات تسجيل الدخول مع العلم بأن تم تسليم غرفتين للذين أتو بعدنا .
المصاعد 4 واقل شي تنتظر 5 دقايق حتى تصعد او تنزل وكتمة
الطامة الكبرى حجزنا شقه من 3 غرف نوم في الطابق 23 طيلة فترة الاقامة اعمال صيانه وهدم وبناء ومطارق من اول الصبح لحد المسا بجانب شقتنا وتم ابلاغهم أكثر من مرة دون فائدة .. المفروض الطابق اللي فيه صيانه لم يتم انزل الضيوف فيه .. او يتم ابلاغ الضيوف اثناء الحجز خصوصًا اللي معه كبار سن او اطفال
بعد اقامتنا لمدة 8 ليالي تقدمنا بطلب تسجيل خروج متأخر على الاقل 3 ساعات وكنت سأدفع قيمة الساعات الاضافية مثل سياسة اغلب فنادق تايلاند .. فوافقت موظفة الاستقبال بان يتم احتساب 25‎%‎ ومن ثم قالت 50‎%‎ وبعد ذلك قالت الفندق محجوز بالكامل ولا استطيع اعطائك فقط ساعه واحدة .. وعند الساعه 11:30 صباحا اتانا اتصال بتسليم الشقه فورا الساعه 12
فقالت بإمكانك حجز ليلة كاملة افضل لك .. وقبل ذلك كانت تقول الفندق محجوز بالكامل (غير صادقين)
بالاضافه الى ذلك رائحة اصباغ في الغرف تسبب الحساسية
وممرات الفندق جدًا حاره يبدو ان الفندق قديم ويتم تحديثه
ولكن موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الى تدريب اكثر بالتعامل مع العملاء باحترافيه حتى لو لم يتم اتمام طلبي

Well worth it
Pros:

Christian was marvelous in looked after us the staff is amazing the housekeeping is brilliant the location is great I love this place

Cons:

When I went there for the first night I did not like my room it was clean and everything but I had a view of the air conditioner I went and spoke to staff and when I returned for the next day they upgraded me to a lovely room with a good Skyline view I was so happy and so as my grandson we had the best time

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in guter Lage - optimal zum Erkunden - Nähe zum Skytrain perfekt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, die Lage sehr gut und die Zimmer im Hotel waren ruhig.

Cons:

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit Poolausgang. Leider war das Raumklima im Zimmer für uns zu feucht und nicht akzeptabel. Der Zimmerwechsel ging aber reibungslos und das neue Zimmer im 9. Stock hat sehr gut für uns gepasst.
