First class hotel. Great location.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, air conditioning, very good breakfast, excellent location. Was able to park on the street outside for free. Only five minutes walk to the city.

L emplacement de l établissement et la gentillesse à l accueil il y a que ça d positif . Draps propre heureusement

La chambre et le coin cuisine ainsi que la salle de bain étaient sale sans entretien ,les draps déchirer sur un côté , toile d araignée au mur , joint pourris et noirs rideau de douche je n ai pas voulu le toucher . Les couverts à la poussière

Un emplacement idéal et un apart hôtel confortable
Pros:

L'emplacement au pied de la cité médiévale et le grand appartement à disposition.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé sur le site Internet un logement en étage et nous avons eu un logement en rez de chaussé.
Je pense que personne ne lit les demandes spécifiques lors de la réservation.

This is a excellent place to explore Carcassonne, literally under the walls of the fortress. Rooms are clean and tidy, secure parking (€10) and breakfast available.

Cons:

Hmm! Didn't like might be pushing it, but I just got the impression that the receptionist was reluctant to use English, even when his customer was struggling with his French. Never rude, always smiled, just an impression, and if I'm wrong, I apologise most sincerely.
