No me gustó que los huevos del desayuno son de tetrapack, los frijoles parecen de los de caja en polvo, el jamón es elmás económico pero el costo de la habitación ronda los 4mil peso por noche, además quitaron el chocolate de la cafetería

La ubicación esta bien, la limpieza igual.
La chapa de mi.puerta no servía,y no hubo recepción en la tv, no pude ver nada de tv. Y el wifi también fallaba
Personal muy amable y servicial.
Los aires acondicionados hacían muchisimo ruido y estaban mal mantenidos, algunos mal instalados. No tenían control remoto solo un tablero deficiente que no te deja regular muchas cosas como la luz etc. Y sin mantenimiento ruido fuerte en general. Un cuarto tenía olor a cigarrillo.
LLegamos como a las 10:30 y preguntamos donde podríamos desayunar y nos indicaron que ahí en el restaurante, tuvieron un grupo de 300 personas y todas las mesas estaban sucias, nos limpiaron un el trapo olía horrible, no había más que una porción de huevo y los demás tuvimos que comer chilaquiles.
En la noche que llegamos a descansar, en el pasillo un huesped se vomito y aun sabiedo que ese cliente se sintió mal no enviaron a nadie para checar, y fueron hasta que les avisamos. El telefono de la habitación no servía, tuve que buscar en internet el telefono y hablar para comunicarme con la recepción

La limpieza, el baño de la habitación no estaba bien aseado, el sanitario estaba manchado, con sucio alrededor, el baño olía a feo, el agua en el lavamanos casi no salía y se veía sucio y manchado el lavamanos, realmente me dio asco utilizar el baño, y repito el baño tenía mal olor cuando se le quitaba un tapón q tenía la ducha. En general la calidad comparada con el precio no justifica su valor.
