Mattress v uncomfortable, room too small for two people, decor throughout hotel was dated. Not a comfortable stay.

Great room, skip the breakfast
Pros:

Location was great, a short walk to Liverpool one, bars etc. Easy to find and discount parking was a bonus.
Room was very spacious and clean, great size shower. Comfy bed, and a nice kept hotel. Overall really please.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty awful, overcooked and very dry. The coffee was really bad, would not recommend at all.
The staff in the morning at breakfast were polite but could hear their very loud, personal conversations from where they stood- probably not conversations to be had in front of guests.

Cons:

I had to pay an extra £50 for damages which I don't get back for 7-10 days! I think this is unacceptable.

Everything was amazing!
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful!! Less than a 10 min walk away from Center. Even though the hotel is next to a lot of pubs we didn’t hear anything at night. Very peaceful.

Cons:

No Air conditioning in room. Had to get a fan from the reception for the room.

Disappointing stay in such a vibrant city 😩
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No air con , on the hottest days of the year, had to ask for a fan, the first one given to us didn’t work, only 1 window opened but this was restricted, no blinds on full length bathroom window, so much daylight came through and heat and the streetlights at night . Sockets and full length mirror in silly place couldn’t stand in mirror to dry/straighten hair. No socket where kettle was had to move kettle to bedside table or on floor. Not a great selection of breakfast items. Room decor very dark .
