Very relaxing, will return
Pros:

pictures don't do this hotel justice. Fabulous place!!!! Fantastic food, big rooms, friendly staff, big pool and a very relaxed feeling about the place. No rushing to get a bed etc. They have a seated section on the beach which you can use for free as a bonus and we will be returning in the future

המיקום של המלון מצוין, המלון נקי, השירות מהיר. היו דברים שהתקלקלו בחדר ותיקנו מיד.

החדרים שהיינו בהם היו לא מתוחזקים, למשל דלת אמבטיה יצאה מהמקום. ארוחת הבוקר לא מגוונת וברמה בינונית.

Jeg likte frokosten, beliggenheten og de utrolig koselige menneskene som jobber der

Cons:

Var missfornøyd med at vi måtte vaske glass og bestikk i servanten på badet. Døren til fryseboksen i kjøleskapet var ødelagt og fryseren var en isklump.

Pros:

I like everything about this hotel but what I like the most, is the fact that a lot of the stuff members remain in their position over the years and this gives this extra touch that turns a good holiday into a great one.

Cons:

There isn't much but if i had to pick one that would be the parking which can be very difficult in an urban area in Crete.

Πολύ προσεγμένο,ευγενεστατο προσωπικό ειδικά,εστιατόριο κ καμαριέρες.

Cons:

Θα ήθελα περισσότερο χώρο στη πισίνα,πιο άνετο κ περισσότερο εξοπλισμένο το γυμναστήριο και ίσως κανένα αβοκάντο και κάποιο ντόπιο προϊόν στο εστιατόριο.. κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν μια χαρά!

Pros:

Brilliant experience all round. Amazing team of staff. And awesome buffet menu. What I will add making tap water available instead of having to pay for water all the time and a parking space for guests will also be a fantastic addition to the great work you are already doing.

Pros:

Nous y avons juste passé une nuit en demi-pension.
La chambre était très bien (studio) avec une chambre séparée. Une clim pour chaque pièce.
La piscine ferme un peu tôt (18h) pour accueillir les animations du soir. Il y a des transats de l'hôtel sur la plage, mais nous n'en n'avons pas profité.
Le petit déjeuner était plutôt bon, le dîner était ok (le tarif du surcout pour de la demi-pension était imbattable, donc vraiment pas de quoi se plaindre).
Le personnel était souriant et prévenant, malgré un accueil un peu froid à la réception au départ.

Άψογη η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού. Πολύ καλή η ναυαγοσώστρια, γλυκιά και ευγενική. Βραδιές με ωραίες παραστάσεις, μαγικά, μουσική. Οι υπηρεσίες του σπα αξίζουν να τις δοκιμάσεις.

Τελεια τοποθεσία! 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια στον παραλιακό και πολυ κοντά στην παλια πολη. Καθαρό. Ωραιο προγευμα ειχε τα πάντα. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και παντα εξυπηρετικό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο μας βολέψει πολυ και με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι

Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, plaża tuż obok. Pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone, kapsułki do ekspresu uzupełniane na bieżąco, woda, owoce i wino na powitanie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, personel przyjazny, nie nachalny.

Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to czystość pokoi, pościel miała kilka plam, prysznic średnio wyczyszczony

Upea hotelli, toimivat tilat ja huoneissa on moderni varustelu.
Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja aina valmiina auttamaan.
Illallisbuffetin ja aamiaisen tarjoilu oli todella runsasta ja vaihduntaa oli mukavasti.
Allasbaarin ruoat ja juomat olivat erinomaisia ja ruokien hinta kohdillaan.

Cons:

Hotellilla oli ilmoitettu, että allasalueen aurinkotuoleja ei saa varata ja monet tuntuivat ainakin aamuisin sitä noudattavan. Siitä huolimatta huomasimme 9 päivän lomamme aikana useita kertoja, että siellä oli useita tuoleja varattuna, mutta ihmisiä ei allasalueella ollut lähellekään vastaavaa määrää. Onneksi rannalla oli kuitenkin aina paremmin tilaa.
