Pros:

Άψογη η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού. Πολύ καλή η ναυαγοσώστρια, γλυκιά και ευγενική. Βραδιές με ωραίες παραστάσεις, μαγικά, μουσική. Οι υπηρεσίες του σπα αξίζουν να τις δοκιμάσεις.

Τελεια τοποθεσία! 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια στον παραλιακό και πολυ κοντά στην παλια πολη. Καθαρό. Ωραιο προγευμα ειχε τα πάντα. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και παντα εξυπηρετικό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο μας βολέψει πολυ και με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι

Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, plaża tuż obok. Pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone, kapsułki do ekspresu uzupełniane na bieżąco, woda, owoce i wino na powitanie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, personel przyjazny, nie nachalny.

Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to czystość pokoi, pościel miała kilka plam, prysznic średnio wyczyszczony

Pros:

Upea hotelli, toimivat tilat ja huoneissa on moderni varustelu.
Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja aina valmiina auttamaan.
Illallisbuffetin ja aamiaisen tarjoilu oli todella runsasta ja vaihduntaa oli mukavasti.
Allasbaarin ruoat ja juomat olivat erinomaisia ja ruokien hinta kohdillaan.

Cons:

Hotellilla oli ilmoitettu, että allasalueen aurinkotuoleja ei saa varata ja monet tuntuivat ainakin aamuisin sitä noudattavan. Siitä huolimatta huomasimme 9 päivän lomamme aikana useita kertoja, että siellä oli useita tuoleja varattuna, mutta ihmisiä ei allasalueella ollut lähellekään vastaavaa määrää. Onneksi rannalla oli kuitenkin aina paremmin tilaa.

Très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et très propre, personnel gentil agréable et disponible, petit déjeuner varié par contre le dîner pourrait être de meilleure qualité.

Jestem zadowolona z pobytu, polecam ten hotel.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, czystość, dobre śniadania, butelka wina na powitanie. Podwyższenie standardu pokoju.

Cons:

Pokój był sprzątany codziennie, ale naczynia nie zawsze były pozmywane, brudne pozostały w zlewie. Brak parkingu przy hotelu - mieliśmy duży problem ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca w pobliżu hotelu.

Très bon emplacement à cinq minutes à pied de la vieille ville est du Port vénitien , personnel, très souriant, ce qui est très agréable, petit déjeuner et dîner sous forme de buffet avec des produits spécialité grecque tout était parfait😊

Great hotel with friendly staff in a central location
Pros:

We have been coming to this hotel in Rethymnon for years and every stay is excellent. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, the pool is great, and both breakfast and dinner are delicious. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the city centre. What makes this place truly special is the incredibly friendly staff who always make us, and especially our two sons, feel so welcome. We already look forward to coming back next year!

Pros:

Verwarmd zwembad, leuk terras en goede kaart. Gebruik van bedjes etc aan het strand via het andere Bio hotel.

Lovely hotel, perfect for walk into old town or the beach.
Pros:

Modern, clean hotel, great friendly staff, 15 mins away walk into old town.

Cons:

Tried the spa facilities and the steam room was cold and the spa pool could’ve been heated a bit more.
Also it’s a struggle to find parking nearby.
