Room walls were dented , advertised as smart tv in room but just standard TV.
Got charged double for parking as the receptionist did not tell me to enter my Reg on arrival.
Went during the tail end of a heatwave and I was very appreciative of the strong aircon. The decor in the room is quite nice as well!
The shower was maybe a bit too powerful as it sprayed onto the floor

Great location. Very close to train station and central Manchester which is very convenient. Bed is huge and comfortable.
Rooms are barely equipped. No mini-fridge to keep drinks or food cool. Everything creaks in the room, bed-frame, floors etc. We can even hear creaks from the bed in the room above us. Shower glass partition barely covers the shower area, resulting in a lot of water spillage out of the shower, pooling water under the cheap vinyl bathroom flooring. Dated furniture, one table was loose and the drawer fell out, hitting my partner on the arm.
The room was lovley and clean, and there was one staff member that went out of her way yo make use feel so welcome and looked after.

We booked for my wedding party to stay overnight, 15 people. The hotel staff were fabulous and couldnt do enough for us…so thankyou to all….all the rooms were gorgeous!!
And the breakfast was spot on :)
Special thanks to the barman also for looking after us in the hotel bar.

The staff were lovely. The hotel great value.
Breakfast was nice. Room was decent. Aircon was good. Shower was pretty good.
Furniture was a bit tatty. Windows could do with cleaning. Bed was too big.
The Heathcote hotel is in a central location & very close to the city centre, which made it very convenient for us to explore Manchester on foot.
This historical building has a lovely vibe and the staff were very friendly & helpful throughout our stay.
Our twin room & en-suite was really spacious & clean. We had an undisturbed nights sleep on both nights as we were at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was really nice too. We would choose to stay here again in the future.
Just a minor issue of only being given one set of towels for two guests. We didn’t raise a concern as we had brought our own anyway.
A mini fridge would have been nice in the room.

The bar area was nice but it felt like things weren’t quite finished there.
It' s at the border of an area under reconstruction,where you can find car parks. Easy to walk the street to the city centre.
