Pros:

Great location just off Piccadily gardens, very central and near the train station. Good breakfast included too.

For the price I paid and the look the hotel potrays I would expect alot more.

Decor and overall design of the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was not up to standard. Only one coffee included with the breakfast is poor. The toast was slightly stale. The lady serving breakfast could be more happier. There was no airconditioning in any room. The room we had was noisy because the internal windows did not shut properly and the noise from the street below could come in.

Cons:

Room wasn't available until hours after check in time then when we were finally given a room we had to ask to move as it absolutely stank. When we requested the move the receptionist told us it was actually the room next door that stank but the smell must have wafted through?!?! It was also a 40° heatwave and the Aircon didn't work in any room + no windows could open. Wouldn't stay again.

Lovely hotel, will return

Hotel is beautiful, room was lovely and large, comfy beds and plenty of amenities. The staff at check in were great, even arranging for our bags to be placed in our room for when we returned from an event as we arrived before check in time.

Cons:

Communication could have been better - the Aircon wasn't working which made for an uncomfortable night sleep even with a Dyson fan (partly user error as we couldn't work out how to change the settings) but this wasn't mentioned at check in nor were any user instructions given. However, the Aircon issue was largely outside the hotels control. Also, at breakfast, which was included the staff member did not explain what we could have so we just ordered and hoped for the best. Only one member of staff at breakfast wasn't really enough either as it got busy.

Otelin hemen önünde bir otobüs durağı bulunuyor. Biz kullanmadık ancak sık aralıklarla otobüs geçtiğini gördük. Şehir merkezi zaten oldukça kompakt olduğu için birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün.
Binanın geçmişte bir tekstil fabrikası olarak kullanılmış olması otele ayrı bir karakter katıyor. İçeri girdiğinizde tarihi ve endüstriyel atmosferi hissedebiliyorsunuz. Odalardaki pencereler yalnızca kısmen açılabiliyor, ancak odada bulunan Dyson hava temizleyici sayesinde havalandırma konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık; oda ferah kaldı ve nem ya da rutubet hissi oluşmadı.
Genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık ve memnun ayrıldık.

Cons:

Kahvaltı açık büfe yerine menüden seçilerek servis ediliyordu. Sunulan seçenekler yeterli olsa da açık büfe bir kahvaltının daha keyifli ve esnek olacağını düşünüyorum.
Ayrıca odamızda buzdolabı bulunmuyordu. Bu nedenle içeceklerimizi soğuk muhafaza edemedik ve bu bizim için küçük bir eksiklik oldu.
